Highlighting some of the colors already in the design of the shirt I simply added a little blanket stitch embroidery detail to the collar and Viola! Stain is gone and she can still wear her shirt and look cute 🥰🪡

Reworking clothing already in your closet is a great way to make your clothes last! Don’t let a little stain stop you from wearing something just give it new life.

I think I’ll start with a simpler pattern first, I watched project runway and got inspired to bust these out but it’s not that simple😅😂

I’ve always been a learn as I go kind of person and never really follow instructions with creating. I typically just look at a photo and wing it, but I really want to get nice with the sewing machine. I’ll learn to read these patterns eventually! by @itsemilyfriday

Made Amira’s first Halloween costume as a little old lady, the inspo was like an abuelita bata pj outfit.
Really happy with how it turned out. I see myself getting better with each project I do. This is my third sewing project to date and I haven’t used patterns yet so I know there’s still lots to learn!

I can’t wait to get really good at sewing so that when she’s older she can say “oh this, my mom made it”🥰 by @itsemilyfriday
