Slow down, let’s do something that helps! 🎙️Today I’m asking: what is a small act we can we do in the face of climate crisis? 🌍

I chatted with Kenneth Keavey from @greenearthorganics1 and asked him to share a few ideas 💭 The family farm continues to put sustainability at the forefront, and it’s a rich home of wildlife and biodiversity 🐝

Why don’t we slow down for a bit and spend some time with rescue horses? @forgottenhorsesire 🐴

Forgotten Horses Ireland is an equine rescue centre in county Galway. Their aim is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses and ponies. Since 2012, the volunteers have saved hundreds of horses from cruelty, abandonment and neglect. It’s also common for horses to arrive in foal and require extra support ♥️

👏🏻 How can you help? Sponsor a horse, volunteer your time, adopt, foster, fundraise or donate and use your voice for horses — they need you to stand up for them 💓

Slow down for a bit, let’s do something that helps! 🌎 Today I’m looking at a more ethical flower choice 🌺

I attended a “make your own flower bouquet” workshop by Ann @bearnaflowerfarm who grows organic, seasonal flowers without the chemicals, pesticides, human rights issues, or air-miles! ♥️

We spent the workshop sharing wisdom and chatting about nature, our place within it and how lovely it is to take the time to grow something from a seed and watch it bloom 🌱

📌 @suileilespace — a perfect match, they facilitate gorgeous events, have delicious treats and often sell the flowers, although someone there ate my mic 👀

All the beauty I’d have missed if I let fear get in the way! 🍋

To think that years ago I couldn’t leave my house without having a panic attack, travel seemed impossible, my mind would have convinced me that everything about this was unsafe.

I’d have missed out on the magic, on seeing one of my favourite people get married in the Italian country side, making friends with cats on the street, warm sunshine on my skin, new delicious food, orange gardens, ice cold water from a fountain, marvelling one of the seven wonders 🌍

This is your sign that it gets better, and everything you need is on the other side of fear 🪧

This is definitely giving Hoziers yell ✨ I spent two days back at one of my fave spots @sunnybankhouseclifden soaking up sandy beaches, crisp pints, cosy townhouse vibes, baked goods, unreallll grub and the most gorgeous scenery for miles and miles! 🌄 It’s true, @connemara.ie is always a good idea 👌🏻 🐑
