My first Pilates class had me looking around to see if everyone else was struggling too. Definitely a different challenge from my typical pick up basketball, but I’m already down for round two.

I’ll be back in Astoria with @ton.pilates and @everydayengineerclub this Saturday if you feel like trying something new with us.

Cooking in your 20s: Buldak Swicy 🌶️🍜

A few easy steps, then some steak to make it my own. Swicy is only Spice Level 1, so you still get that sweet + spicy Buldak flavor without needing to be a spice expert. If you’ve been wanting to try Buldak but were worried about the heat, this might be your starting point.

There’s a Buldak flavor for everyone. @buldak_global #BuldakApproved #BuldakSwicy by @itsgeech

Four years into my civil engineering career, and I’m still figuring out where I fit.

From working on JFK and Grand Central to building Everyday Engineer Club, this journey has taken me places I didn’t expect. Now I’m creating a space where engineering students and professionals can meet, unwind, and build friendships beyond work.

Still learning, still building. Glad you’re here for the journey.

EEC at Hofstra University!

Guitry and Chineme joined Hofstra’s NSBE chapter for an evening of career advice, conversation, and networking alongside other amazing engineers.

It was a great opportunity to connect with the next generation of engineers, share our experiences, and introduce what we’re building through Everyday Engineer Club—a community connecting engineers beyond the workplace.

Thank you to Hofstra’s NSBE chapter for inviting us to share and bringing everyone together. We’re grateful to have been part of the evening and look forward to staying connected!

Cooking in your 20s: broccoli cheddar soup 🥦🧀

Comforting, and worth making at home. I like adding a good bone broth ( @kettleandfire ) for extra protein, richer flavor, and added benefits in every bowl.

Save this for your next soup night.

Recovery & Relax 🧘🏾‍♂️ | Come along for a day of self-care in NYC. I wanted to be intentional about how I spent it: getting my body moving, making a good meal, and spending time with people I enjoy being around.

The day ended at Lore Bathing Club with the Everyday Engineer Club. It was my first bathing club experience, and sharing it with other engineers and STEM professionals made it even better. Thank you, Lore, for welcoming us.

Had a great summer surrounded by so many great engineers.

From running a 5K with my engineering team, to hooping with the Everyday Engineer Club community, to meeting engineering students and announcing our student ambassadors who will represent the club and create community for engineers on their campuses.

It’s been great watching this community continue to grow and reach engineers at every stage. Looking forward to everything we’re building next.
