😭❤️‍🔥 D O W N L O A D ! ! ! 😭❤️‍🔥 I cannot express how good this weekend was, there are no words and I’m too tired to find them if they exist 😅 so please accept this ‘dump’ format with more content to come later. 1-3: massive shout out to @harrisonbaillie for all your hard work capturing my big moment on Saturday night. After 8yrs DJing at @downloadfest this was the first time I’ve had my name on the line up. Thanks to @britpopross for the amazing logo design, @jess.jolliffe for sprucing it up into a video asset I’m so grateful, it looked amazing. The crowd were amazing, production was the BEST I’ve ever seen it. Thanks to @dannikawebber @jennycotter @laismw @larainevents and everyone involved in making this happen and for trusting me. 4: my own dressing room! Thanks to my pal @_rachelharrison for capturing moments for me all weekend and going through the entire experience by my side; the cons of 3hrs sleep a night to the pros seeing so many amazing bands and friends. 5: shout out to everyone at Rocktail, especially @tasmintaylorrr & @zaviuk for letting me be a part of the gang once again and believing in me when I forget I can do this job. Thanks to everyone that visited us and all the amazing staff! 6: The @johnniewalker bar was so sick, DJing with a view of the arena main stage view is not something I expected and it was a beautiful sight. 7: @ffw_uk invited me to join their panel alongside @heavy.metal.hairdresser so we could judge your singing 😈 We had so much fun and it was a perfect start to the weekend. 8: I DJd to the biggest crowd I’ve ever seen at Doghouse before @therejects took to the stage. Thank you to everyone who came down early and made the start so huge! 9: My first ever proper dnb set and the part I was most nervous for 😭💕 my opening track went off exactly how I wanted it to and everything felt easy after that. Thanks to everyone that pushed me to do it when I didn’t feel good enough 🫶🏼💕 I hope there’s lots more of these moments to come next year ❤️‍🔥 #dlcxiii #download #downloadfestival #downloadfest by @itsgemmaedwards
