Big love to my boy @iamdexterlasswell — always looking out and plugging me into dope opportunities.Walked in barely knowing the artist… walked out a fan. Jah Prayzah’s energy, dedication, and connection with the crowd were on another level. It’s rare to see an artist give so much of themselves, holding the stage for a full 3 hours without once stepping off. Throwback to 2023—an impromptu shoot with @skcoza that turned into one for the books. The man’s been in front of a million lenses, but I wanted to add my own signature—so I reached for a quirky @astrhori 50mm manual focus lens that no one would dare bring to a celebrity shoot. Unpredictable? Definitely. But that’s half the fun.Also, a little nod to Tabu—now closed but once a creative playground where I could literally fly a drone indoors. While filming a restaurant flythrough with a drone, I unexpectedly captured a proposal! It was likely the first proposal ever caught this way, making it extra special. The couple, who are getting married next year, now have this unique memory—and I’ve been invited to the wedding! by @itsgrimmywest

It’s a dull day today, but I’m thankful for the memories I’ve made during better times. The city skyline is hidden by the fog, and it’s a reminder that things change so quickly that you might miss them if you blink. Birmingham is also changing so much, keep your eyes peeled or you might miss it… by @itsgrimmywest

Observing the construction of this skyscraper, soon to claim the title of the city’s tallest, makes me wish for a public-accessible 360-degree viewing platform like those in London. It would offer a unique opportunity to appreciate city views that are presently only accessible by drone or helicopter. by @itsgrimmywest
