We’re officially ONE MONTH away from Upper Room WKND, a two-day gathering for worshippers, artists, and creatives hungry for God’s presence and connection with others who want the same

This isn’t just another event. It’s a space to breathe, worship, create, and belong. A place for Christian creatives across the region to gather, right here in Chattanooga.

Here’s what’s happening:
•Upper Room Sessions (Friday, Nov. 7): A citywide night of worship, gathering believers across denominations and communities to encounter God’s presence together.
•Networking Brunch (Saturday, Nov. 8): A space to connect and learn with music industry veteran and former Motown Gospel executive, Monica Coates.
•Songwriting Sessions: Interactive workshops for both adults and youth. The youth session will be led by Amber and Dran Lewis in partnership with the Songbirds Foundation.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to register, this is it!
Let’s fill the room with people who believe creativity is Kingdom work.

Upper Room WKND… what a weekend.
I’m still blown away by everything God did and everything YOU showed up with.

From a powerful Worship Night, to a packed Networking Brunch, to an honest and eye-opening Q&A with industry executive @themonicacoates , to seeing both youth and adults pour their hearts out in songwriting sessions. This weekend was different. It felt like momentum, like family, like purpose being stirred in this creative community.

I’m grateful for every creative, singer, musician, songwriter, volunteer, worshipper, and friend who came ready. Drop your favorite moment or testimony in the comments. I want to hear what stood out to you.

A special thank you to our partners and sponsors who help make weekends like this possible:
Young Life Chattanooga @ylchatt
Song Birds Foundation @songbirdsfoundation
Benwood Foundation @benwoodfound

The community is growing. The vision is expanding. And we’re just getting started.

Love y’all. taken in Upper Room Studios by @itsjanelledrake

Can’t end the day without wishing my husband a very happy birthday ♥️ This one is special. Three months ago the enemy tried his hardest to knock you down, but God said no! Watching you since then, I see why the attack came. Thank you for everything thing you do to ensure our family (and others!) walks in what the Lord has called us to.

Your wisdom and integrity will take you far! I love you and pray this is one of your greatest years yet.
