Every session feels a little less unfamiliar. My stamina still has a long way to go, my footwork isn't perfect, and there are plenty of things to improve, but i'm enjoying the process again!

Motherhood is one of the greatest parts of who I am, but it is not the only part of me.

I choose myself without guilt. I choose rest when I need it, growth when it feels uncomfortable, and joy that fills my own cup. Because the best version of me isn’t the one who gives until she’s empty, it’s the one who loves herself enough to keep growing.

Choosing myself doesn’t mean I love my children less. It means I’m showing them that self-worth, boundaries, and happiness matter too. 🤍

Busan, you were unforgettable. 🌊

Before returning to Seoul, i spent my last few moments doing the things i love the most - feeling the ocean breeze at the beach, taking one more peaceful walk by the sea, and wandering around Haeundae for some last minute shopping.

I also came across the Arih pop up store, which was such a fun little surprise to end my Busan adventure.
