Some families have a dog… we have Falcón.

He’s been there through moves, road trips, mountain days, family chaos, quiet moments at home and now this whole new chapter with a baby following him everywhere.

Watching him learn how to be gentle with Zachy has been one of my favorite things. He somehow knows when to play, when to stay close and when his only job is simply to be there.

Watching the boy who made me a mom become a big brother has been one of the sweetest parts of this new chapter.
There are almost 15 years between them, two completely different stages of life, and somehow Zachy already looks at Emilio like he’s one of his favorite people in the world.

And Emilio… well, somewhere between holding him, making him laugh, taking him on little adventures, letting him invade his space and quietly keeping an eye on him, he became exactly the kind of big brother I hoped he would be.

Different chapters of my life, now growing up together. 🤍

Some places are beautiful to visit… and some slowly start to feel like home.

Colorado has been a completely new chapter for us , new landscapes, new routines, new seasons, new adventures and so many little moments that are already becoming memories.

And somewhere between the mountains, the sunsets, family adventures and Falcon casually making his way into every plan 😂… Colorado started becoming ours too.

Still Colombian at heart, just building a beautiful little life under these Colorado skies. 🇨🇴🤍🇺🇸

Somewhere along the way, “you and me” became a whole life.
From our first adventures to new cities, new traditions, countless trips, ordinary days and some pretty unforgettable ones… somehow every chapter has brought us closer.

And after all these years, through every version of us, you’re still my favorite person to do life with.

In my mom era… and loving every little part of it.
Life lately is made of little adventures, library days, mountain views, picnics, first train rides and showing Zachy a little more of the world every day.
Motherhood has changed the way I see everything. Somehow, the ordinary days became the ones I want to remember the most. ✨

Just a Colombian mamá raising my little boy in Colorado, one adventure at a time. 🇨🇴🤍🇺🇸

New chapter, same chaos 😂🤍

Colombian mom in Colorado, two boys, one American husband, lots of little adventures and absolutely no idea what we’re doing half the time.

🇨🇴🇺🇸✨ by @itsjenavl
