![[impromptu]? first year of teaching done !
this time last year, i never would have guessed that i was going to be teaching Pre K for the school year. ive wanted to be a teacher for so long, and with the hiccups of life, for a while i thought that id never get the opportunity.
when i applied to be a substitute teacher, finding a home school was at the bottom of my list. but the first day i went to providence, i knew that was the place for me. and i had the most wonderful opportunity to become a long term sub, and now im certified for the position!
watching these kids grow and learn was more rewarding than anything. they are also so good and healing for your soul. im so grateful for them and all of the great teachers and colleagues ive met
