Chicken breast (I usually do at least 6 and use it all week)
1/4 cup water or chicken broth
Whatever seasonings you want, measure with your heart

Cook on high 3-4 hours until it EASILY shreds with a fork.

No shreddy no ready! Say it with me 😂

We usually for shredded chicken sammies, my kids love them with just fry sauce. My husband and I usually do buffalo style with @primalkitchenfoods buffalo sauce & ranch. SOOOOOO delicious.
