Sun on me + a good book = my type of self-care 💛

A former manager shared Untamed (by @glennondoyle )with me years ago, and so much of it has stuck with me ever since. It challenged me to think differently about the expectations we inherit, the choices we make, and what it means to trust yourself. Since then, I’ve tried to be more intentional about building a life that feels true to ME—not just one that looks right to everyone else. Still learning, still unlearning, and still choosing to live life on my own terms. ✨

Work travel is about to pick back up, so I wanted to give my skin a reset before I’m constantly on the go✨
