Let me introduce y’all to my girlfriend, Tiên 🌹WHOA right!? Gotta get used to that… We both didn’t think we’d make it this far because of the distance. But here we are! She’s so special to me🫶🏽. I thank God for somehow bringing us together. After meeting, we talked for 7 months straight without skipping a day. Although we are far apart, I somehow feel so close to her still. Three years ago, one comment about my hairline made me so conscious about my image, and I spent years trying to hide it subtly. Last week I finally did something about it thanks to my best friend, Kai. And shoutout to @mobarun_official for taking great care of me! 🙌🏽

From my weight loss to this, I feel like this new chapter is all about taking care of myself better. I’m 28 today (we gettin in the upper 20s ayyy😂) and I’ve been reflecting a lot recently. Young Jon would be so proud right now. And at the end of the day, I count that as a win :) I’m blessed to have family, friends, and a girl that loves me. Thank you God for always providing and guiding me along the way 🙏🏽 You really came through for me this past year. And for everyone that’s new here, thank you all for being a part of my journey! I only hope I can continue to inspire others by @itsjonly

Cutting open a coconut makes you a man 🥥💪🏽 LOL I was so determined to learn. Despite all of this, just being myself was more than enough. Next time, I’m going to be able to do it! Just y’all watch. Oh my God… even my girlfriend can do this better than me 😂

Also Bến Tre is known as the “coconut capital” so beautiful and it felt like time slowed down there! I shall be back by @itsjonly

Often times I ask God to remove the rain… but what if the rain I’m asking to be gone is used to grow me? Talked to my mom about this verse and I found it fitting. The rain that comes during the winter softens the soil and by the time Spring comes, that rain nourishes it for maturity. This prayer was inspired by the rain 🌧️🙏🏽 by @itsjonly

It took years of unlearning all of my bad habits to get here. I only hope this can encourage anyone out there that’s doing their best to keep going 💪🏽 progress over perfection. And over time, that confidence within will show! Making this video is so crazy bc I could never do any of these before even before I gained all that weight 😂

Also this is relative to me at my height and body weight. At 5’7 weighing that much without training was not it lol by @itsjonly

I literally avoided working out on legs for the longest time because I was scared they’d grow bigger 😂 It was only until the last recent years that I love my legs now. Maybe it’s because I’ve lost weight… or maybe my style got better.. who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️ by @itsjonly

Sometimes what you imagine for yourself doesn’t really come out the way you’d think it would. Funny enough, I think that’s how God works sometimes. Wasn’t ready for this but at the same time I was. I love my family more than anything and if they need me, I’m there. Looking at the big picture, I’m so happy. I pray that this next chapter for us will be EPIC 🙏🏽 by @itsjonly
