Most people think their problem is anxiety.

The overthinking.

The stressful job.

The draining relationships they keep ending up in.

The inability to say how they really feel.

Or even the unexplained health issues.

But those are not your problem.

Those are just symptoms of a deeper pattern.

The real problem is self-abandonment.

You see… at some point in life, you didn’t feel safe to be fully yourself. So you adapted. You ignored your needs, silenced your truth, and became who others needed you to be.
