Are we ready for another Instagram takeover?! By none other than our very own @itsjoolz as Aphrodite ❤️❤️!

They/Them/Theirs
Ah, a stranger, quick, come in from the cold… have you met joolz? joolz makes art. joolz plays games. Sometimes joolz makes other things. Strange, terrible, unspeakable things. You may know them from their D&D actual play podcast The Pod Has Been Cast, have seen them on stage with companies like @chicagoimmersive, @filamentplays, @strawdogtheatre Strawdog, or perhaps even more recently: screaming silently in your own nightmares. When they aren’t polymorphing into other creatures/things, you may find them doodling monsters, writing stories, or making games.

If you’re feeling brave, follow them on Instagram @itsjoolz, and checkout @thepodhasbeencast wherever podcasts are sold.

“The soul of a god is not so different from a mortal’s.”

Chapter 2 of Psychopompos - a new mythology opens at dawn in Aphrodite’s temple, ’here Psyche wakes to Apollo’s mocking sun on her face, before introducing us to Ares, the God of War, and his fiery relationship with Aphrodite, the shapeshifting Goddexx of Love, as they unfold their designs for Olympus. Meanwhile, under Mt. Etna, Hephaestus and his divine forge continue work on a god-slaying weapon with the assistance of the Idol of Death, Thanatos. Finally, high in a prison tower, Icarus and his father Daedalus rue the circumstances which led them to this place, before being interrupted by Hermes, the Psychopomp and Messenger of Olympus, who wants to visit with Icarus, his secret fiancé. Catch up on Chapter 2, wherever you catch your podcasts or at psychopomp-cast.com.

We’re just $287 away from our Wednesday goal. If 12 people gave $25, we would meet that goal today! As promised, we have another new cast announcement and a clip of our team telling you about the show.

Today we introduce @itsjoolz who has the coolest bio around! You may recognize joolz from @thepodhasbeencast where they can be heard often!

Ah, a stranger, quick, come in from the cold... have you met joolz? joolz makes art. joolz plays games. Sometimes joolz makes other things. Strange, terrible, unspeakable things. You may know them from their D&D actual play podcast The Pod Has Been Cast, have seen them on stage recently as Taffeta in Lavender Men with About Face Theater or with companies like Filament Theater, RED Theater, or perhaps even more recently: screaming silently in your own nightmares. When they aren’t polymorphing into other creatures/things, you may find them doodling monsters, writing stories, or making games.
