Supp mate!! It’s our anniversary!
Today marks 2 years of marriage and 7 years together.

On this day 8 years ago I chose to slide in that Dm 👀, a year later on the same day I chose to make you my gf. 6 years later on the same day we got married . Crazy how time flies, we have lived and learned and thru it all our love remains constant and now God has blessed our union with 2 beautiful kids to raise.

Thru the years i have witnessed your selfless love with not just me but also those around you. You have seen me at my lowest and my highest and supported me thru it all. Your goofy funny personality is my constant reminder to have fun by any means necessary. It’s been a blessing to call you my partner, best friend and soul mate. Can’t wait to make more memories in the many years to come. 828 to infinity.

Ode to My Husband

In every life, in every season, and in every world, I would choose you.

You have given me a love so dependable, so steadfast, and so true. In you, I have found stability, comfort, and a sense of belonging. Thank you for choosing me, not only when I am easy to love, but when my attitude is less than pleasant; when I do not feel worthy of being chosen; and when I am down and cannot quite find my way back to myself.

Thank you for covering me in prayer through every circumstance. Thank you for being my partner, my true partner. The one who carries me when I am weary and fights for me when I have not the strength to fight for myself.

God blessed me tremendously when He allowed my eyes to meet yours. And even now, when I look into your eyes, the world seems to fade away. The worries grow quiet. Everything else becomes distant, and for a moment, it is simply you and me.

What a blessing it is to know that God has placed His hand upon our union. He has blessed us with two beautiful children: a precious little girl with your beautiful face, and a little boy who will carry your name and your legacy forward. What a beautiful life He has allowed us to build together.

I thank God for you, my love.

And just as you have covered me, I promise to always cover you in prayer. I will always respect you. I will always love you. And when the day comes that you are weary and cannot fight for yourself, know that I will fight for you, too.

You have exceeded every expectation and set the bar far above the heavens. There is no measure great enough for the love and gratitude I hold for you.

Motherhood is a calling, one that should never be taken lightly. God placed these little souls in my hands, and even in the chaos, I cherish every moment. A mother’s love is truly one of the purest forms of love. I never knew my heart could hold this much love until I became a mother ❤️
