I’ve been sharing a little more of myself, a little more of my real life, and perhaps a little less of the polished version of things.

I think there comes a point in a woman’s life where she has to choose peace, even when choosing peace means making incredibly difficult decisions.

And I think this is especially true for mothers.

Mothers don’t just wake up one morning and decide to walk away. We don’t leave overnight. We don’t give up easily.

We try.
We compromise.
We forgive.
We communicate.
We hold things together for our children.
We question ourselves.
We try again.

And then we try one more time.

Sometimes, by the time a mother finally finds the courage to step away from something, she has already spent years trying to make it work.

So if you’ve noticed me becoming a little more happier, a little more reflective, and a lot more intentional about the life I’m creating — that’s why.

I’m learning what peace feels like.
I’m learning who I am outside of the roles I’ve spent so much of my life carrying.

There’s no anger here. No need to explain everything.

The Ackermans Mommy & Me event 🥳

What an absolute blast! The event was hosted at @maisonplaycafe and it was such a treat! I’m not bias- but we honestly have the best coffee 🙌🏼
And with Ackermans putting in all the touches, was INSANEEEE!
When I tell you the amount of work everyone put into this event, honestly made me speechless! The detail was next level!

I love love love when brands give back to the community! The CSI program through Ackermans is all about making sure moms and babies are being cared for!
