❤️🥂 HAPPY 30TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY TO OUR PARENTS!! 🥂❤️

30 years of love, partnership, commitment, and building a beautiful life together! Y’all are truly the blueprint! 🥹❤️ The kind of love that goes beyond words and shows up in the way you stand by each other, support each other, and continue to build together.

And one thing about my Bird… HE’S A REAL ONE! ❤️🙌🏽 Although he and my mom don’t have children together, he has loved Miss Boo and me, along with my Teri and Zahir, as his own. He’s shown up for our family in ways that will never be forgotten, including helping care for my grandmother Pearl. That kind of love is intentional, and that kind of man is a blessing! I’ll forever appreciate the love he has poured into our family. ❤️

Y’all have built more than a marriage. You’ve built a family, a legacy, and a life filled with love. And I’m so grateful to witness it!

May God continue to cover your marriage, keep your love strong, and bless you with many more years of laughter, happiness, good health, and beautiful memories together. 🙏🏽❤️

30 YEARS DOWN… FOREVER TO GO! 🥂💍❤️

I LOVE Y’ALL! 🥰❤️

Father's Day 2025 ➡️ Father's Day 2026
One year. Thirty-plus pounds down. Same woman—just more disciplined, more intentional, and more committed to becoming the best version of myself.
This wasn't about being perfect. It was about choosing consistency, one day at a time. And the difference this time? I'm not just losing the weight—I'm keeping it off.
Here's to celebrating progress over perfection and building habits that last. 💪🏾✨

🚨 Georgia Homeowners & Buyers — This is BIG 🚨

A new law called SB 406 is changing the game for HOAs in Georgia 🏡

Here’s what you need to know:

✔️ HOAs must now register with the state
✔️ Homeowners get MORE rights & transparency
✔️ Foreclosure over small amounts just got harder
✔️ You can finally hold your HOA accountable

Translation? 👇
Less HOA abuse. More protection for YOU.

If you’re buying in a neighborhood with an HOA (which is MOST communities in Atlanta), this matters more than you think.

As your real estate advisor, I make sure you’re not just buying a home — you’re making a smart investment 💼

I asked ChatGPT, why is it important to have life insurance outside of your employer? Please read the responses and think about whether you want to put your family's future in the hands of your employer? 1. You lose your insurance if you lose your job. 2. Employer coverage is often not enough. You make $50,000, your family has to bury you for $20,000 and have $30,000 left. How long can your kids live off of that $30,000? 3. You do not control an employer policy. You never get a policy and you have no idea what is in the policy. 4. Your employer could cut benefits and you will lose coverage. 5. If you're healthy, getting outside insurance while you're young gets you lower premiums and long term rate guarantees. 6. Coverage can be customized to fit the needs of you and your family. $50,000 from your employer is not enough to send your kids to college or pay off your mortgage. 7. Helps with estate or financial planning. For some people, life insurance plays a role in: wealth transfer, business continuity and tax-efficient planning. Employer policies almost never cover these needs. If you have insurance with only your employer, contact me ASAP to get you and your family covered!
