[Part 2/3] The Lilypads

University and other shenanigans took up my time so I paused on my art. But I finally have time now so here’s the next part!

This was a tedious one – especially the shades of green to make it look realistic. Also had to erase the edges under the petals so it would look nice when I post it ahhh.

Let’s see how long it’ll take me to complete the final piece 👀 by @itskellygraphy

[Part 1/3] The Lily

Drawings like this take a long time to do, so I thought I’d take you through my progress instead :)

Outlines are still present. Haven’t blended the colours yet. Put a green background to contrast with the petals while drawing.

Also thought I had the canvas size right but apparently it’s too big to fit on Instagram hence the borders 🙃 by @itskellygraphy

Happy June everyone! 🦋 Another painting for the feed - a butterfly on a (badly painted) flower. It was after this piece that I learned to no longer sign off my artwork unless necessary 😂 by @itskellygraphy

A painting I did back in 2017! I believe this is my style of art when it comes to poster/watercolour. But I still need loads of practice 🎨

As mentioned in my IG stories, I’ll be posting some old work till I’m done with my assignments 🙃 by @itskellygraphy

After three failed attempts of drawing a realistic bunny, I decided to pull a simple one instead. Hope you all like it! by @itskellygraphy
