Today In that water , something I can’t quite put into words lifted off me—a burden, a doubt, maybe even fear. In its place, there’s a lightness, a peace ive been looking for, and a heart wide open to all the beauty that lies ahead.

This baptism wasn’t just a ceremony; it was a moment of true transformation. Grateful for the grace that carried me here and excited for the journey that’s just beginning.🤍

12-26-25 was my 1st mark 🙏🏼

Six months ago, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life—sobriety. It hasn’t been easy, and some days are real tough, but I’m choosing to keep going🫶🏼

Grateful for the memories , friends , and experiences that shaped me before sobriety, and beyond thankful for my support system through the beginning of this journey. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Celebrating my first birthday in 20+ years without a drink was huge accomplishment. Stronger than thought I was —this is just the beginning. I don’t say it often but I am proud of me! 🤍

September’s challenge was: 30 days. 30 minutes on the STAIRS. 🔥

I hated every minute… but somehow loved every minute too! 😂💪🏾 This challenge reminded me that I’m capable of pushing through, even when I don’t feel like it. Every step brought me closer to finding my rhythm again.

My corner definitely helped me push though bc there were days I did not wanna do it at all. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I’m BACK! The spark has been RE-LIT, and I’m not letting it go out again. ✨🔥

No more falling off. No more excuses. Let’s WORK! 💪🏼🔥

Now, let’s run it back for October—this time adding 1 mile a day in support of both breast cancer awareness and autism awareness. 💙🩷

Summerfest 2026 ❤️🫶🏼🙌🏼

It felt SO good to be back with my gym family! Back on the step! , On the mic was so many talented coaches who did NOT miss a beat! Almost 4 hours of stepping, laughter, memories, and pure fun. 🥹❤️

RJ, I’m SO proud of you! You did your thing! 🔥 And Phil, it was so good to see you back doing what you love!

They need me, but little do they know, I need them even more. 🥹❤️ Sometimes the people you pour into are the same people God uses to pour back into you. These babies are a reminder that prayers don’t always come in the form we expect. 🙏🏽✨

Long post read it or don’t 🤪🫶🏼

It’s been a week since our gym closed, and what I see is this: we’re going to be okay because family sticks together. ❤️

“It’s just a gym.”

Nah… it was so much more than a building. It was the workouts, laughs, tears, fun, memories, and most importantly, the family we built inside it. 🤞🏼

Phil, THANK YOU. You gave us a space where we built a family, confidence, made memories, and lifted each other up. You believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself, and I’ll forever be grateful. I’m proud of you,🙏🏼

Keep growing and glowing, Phil. ❤️

One of the most rewarding moments is watching a child you once cared for grow into someone who inspires the next generation. Coach RJ returned to the same daycare where he once attended —not as a student, but as an influential youth step coach , pouring into a new group of children. This is what full circle looks like. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see the lives you continue to impact. ❤️👏🏾
