HYDE PARK!!!!!! What a way to end an already incredible run of shows in the UK & Ireland. Our Queen, @shaniatwain - THANK YOU for having us all along for the ride. I am in awe of your greatness & artistry - I still can’t believe that I have the honor of sharing the stage with such a legend, but beyond that, it is your heart and your kindness towards us & your fans that really left a mark on me. Anyhow, still catching my breath & wrapping my mind around all that’s transpired over the last 2 weeks, but also needed to express my gratitude and appreciation for everyone involved. So here goes…
-
To my fellow bandmates: ya’ll already know, I love you with all my heart. Wouldn’t want to do this, nor could I imagine this journey, without ya’ll. I am a better artist/human because of you. Thank you for inspiring me & igniting that fire in my soul, every single dang day.
-
To our amazing crew & management that keeps us moving and grooving, dotting all the I’s and crossing the T’s, all the while being just badass, incredible, superhumans. I love you & deeply appreciate you all.
-
To @deltagoodrem & @ragnboneman - FIRST OF ALL, both of your voices and your talent are out of this world & to top it all off, your teams are filled with freaking superstars who all have a heart of gold & are honestly the kindest humans I have ever come across. Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience. I am forever a fan!
-
To the crowds that have come out in droves to show your love and support. Ya’ll got me SOOOO hype EVERY SINGLE SHOW. Thank you, THANK YOU for showing up and showing out.

From standing in for J-Hope during the rehearsal process and having me live out my pop star fantasy to dancing behind these icons in the final show alongside the best dancers in the game. I’m in awe of every single individual involved and am just incredibly grateful to have shared this momentous experience with all of you unicorns. Thank you, again! God is so good. #bts #army #fifaworldcup2026 by @itsleolam

Realized I haven’t posted my scene from my @shifting_gearsabc episode & it’s been in my drafts for ages. What a dream & a privilege it was to act opposite two comic giants I grew up watching & learning so much from - @ofctimallen & @jennaelfman - thank you for your kindness and for making this experience unforgettable. The entire crew was exceptionally sweet and I immediately felt at ease from the first rehearsal to the final bow. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Surreal.

MASSIVE THANK YOU again to the @ypcasting team @michnader #BeckyClements for this opportunity. #VictorGonzales is just iconic and of course my team @citizenskull_mandy @lovetalentagency @dannythebean

Being surrounded by the superhuman friends that I have is insanely inspiring. Seeing you all accomplish these major milestones encourages me to push myself even more & strive for a greater version of myself that is yet to be discovered.

In all transparency, I’m probably in my most physically and emotionally challenging transition season yet, but what I’m learning in the chaos is that I am, actually, fully capable of successfully overcoming hard obstacles. I’m beginning to trust myself more, while still navigating how I fit into certain spaces & doing my best to lean onto my resources and my community. For a long time it’s always felt as if I was on this walk alone & that if I asked anyone for help while I was down and out, I’d be seen as weak & incapable. That showing my vulnerability would often be seen as an open invitation for ridicule or even for certain individuals to take advantage of me. But as I am growing older & “figuring sh*t out” I’m seeing more evidence of how false that narrative was. But I digress. In summary, I’m starting to recognize the power and value I hold in this world; I’m shedding off that old skin & as scary as it feels, embracing the new, refined me; ready to embark on what I’m sure will be one of the the most exciting and revelatory chapters yet & I’m just honestly grateful to be experiencing this particular transition season with friends/people who are just incredible patient, gracious, loving, & supportive. I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. Much Love. And HAPPY SUNDAY! ❤️

In my JOY-filled era. 💛

What a blessing it is to feel love, self-love to be specific, in a way that I haven’t felt in years. Though I’m still not 100% - I’m noticing, in small ways, that the love, kindness, patience, & respect that I show & give to others is finally being given to me, by me. For those who know me, I can be quite self deprecating & obviously so, as a defense mechanism and for a time, a lack of self love to protect whatever ounce of me that I had left. I lost myself in grief, in the anguish of feeling the heaviness of all the recent losses, and as a result, I built a wall; out of fear that I’d once again, be hurt, be abandoned, left defenseless. But by the grace of God - I’ve been sent angels to fill my cup & remind me of how awesome and powerful I truly am. And for that, I’m so grateful. I’m SO grateful.

And like I said, it’s a journey, but I am slowly, surely, finding myself and the joy once again. HAPPY SUNDAY, FAMILY! 💛☀️

Just got a residual for @wtchippendales today, so I thought I’d share a fun story about my experience.

DAY 1 • ‘The Fitting’ - we went through a couple of really cute fits before we landed on this green/cream number then, from the corner of my eye, I clocked these tiny shorts and had joked with the stylist about putting it on so I could snap a personal photo, thinking it would be funny, so I did and got the shot.

FAST FORWARD

DAY 2 • ‘Shoot Day’ - I went into my trailer, and what did I see hanging on my clothing rack? The daisy dukes! I tracked down the stylist thinking it was a mistake when she then confessed that she had secretly snapped a photo of me while I tried them on and had also submitted it for approval, and so, that became my final look for the shoot.

Was it cold? YES. Did I have a good laugh and really good time?! HECK YEAH! lol.

Thank you again @iammichellejjj_art & @scotty_hislop for this experience & the memories. I had a blast on this one.
