Meet Levon, our thirty-second issue.

An artist whose sound comes to him in the moment, heavily influenced by his environment and the people around him. His tracks run from ones that make you dance to ones that make you want to put a hole in the wall, to Levon, there’s no in between. Every beat is a new opportunity to forge a new sound, a passion he traces back to coming up around others who were making music too.

We talked about how it all began (a bored summer, a desktop mic, a foam finger for a pop filter, and a 2Pac instrumental that changed everything), the family and Tokyo surroundings that shape him, his early-2000s influenced project “MP3” led by the singles “Ya Miss Me” and “Make Amends.MP3,” and dream stages from his own High Club Fest to the Tokyo Dome and Rolling Loud.
