Sorry for the lack of posts this week, sometimes the work becomes more important than keeping up appearances.

But, as always, I still forced my myself to lock in, trained, pulled a couple of hard 16 hour days.

Why? Because the difference between people who ‘want’ it and people who ‘get’ it is that people who go out and get it do it regardless of how they feel!

If you think you can’t, force yourself, because you can 🫵

Growing up, we were four boys in a housing estate, and at one point we were living in a refuge no bigger than the size of a box.

I wished someone like the person I am today would come along, believe in us and help save us. And believe it or not, someone did.

That planted a seed in my young mind that a different life was possible.

You can grow up to become the adult the younger version of you would’ve needed. Someone they could look up to. Someone who makes them believe there’s more out there for them.

Life has its ups and downs, and I’m still working through mine. But I always want to be someone that little boy would be proud of.

It hasn’t been easy. But we show up every day, and we get it done. 💪🏼📈🙏🏼🕊️

It’s been a long 12 months. I’ve copped some monster hits, some big setbacks and some big losses.

But I’ve always operated best with my back against the wall.

I’ve launched businesses where people called me crazy that went on to make seven figures in a day. I’ve had businesses fail so miserably that I never thought I’d recover. I’ve been the underdog with my back against the wall so many times that it’s more or less all I know now.

And I’m grateful for it. You can’t appreciate pleasure without pain. You can’t appreciate success without failure.

Sorry I haven’t been on here for a while. I’ve been working hard on a number of things that I’ll share soon.

I’ve spent a long time capturing other people’s amazing journeys and creating a digital time capsule of their stories. I thought it might be a nice idea to capture my own.

A special shout out to Soberly Speaking @soberlyspeaking @juliarangiheuea for hosting me and giving me the opportunity to share a bit of my journey.

And I know it’s been a while between episodes of The Unbreakable Podcast, but I’ve always gone for quality over quantity. I want real human stories. I don’t care if someone is famous or homeless. I care about capturing stories that matter to you.

I’ve been working hard in the background to bring some of those stories to life, and I think you’ll enjoy what’s coming.

2026 proof of life.

Just wanted to jump on here and say thank you to everyone who stayed patient with me. The last 6–9 months have honestly been a bit of a rollercoaster, but sometimes you need to go dark, rebuild yourself, and come back 10 times stronger.

I appreciate everyone who stuck around while I’ve been quietly making moves in the background.

I’ve been back in the studio, working on more content, higher production, epic podcasts, more guests, new product launches, a couple of new ventures, and some really meaningful social impact projects that I’m excited to share with you all.

To everyone who never left — thank you. I see it and I appreciate it more than you know.

It’s a strange place to get to in life when you’ve taken enough L’s that you genuinely stop fearing anything anymore. And someone who fears nothing can become an unstoppable force.

So stay with me while I rebuild, relaunch, and push my best work out into the universe.

I want to create things that last. A digital time capsule of content, ideas, experiences, lessons, wins, losses, and impact that will still shine bright for years to come.

We’re just getting started.
