POSTS STORIES REELS

One whole month without you here. I still don’t have the words to express how I feel other than I am happy you are no longer in pain.

There are a million words I could say, and a million stories I could tell, but that wouldn’t only be a a third of how to express how much I love my day and how I will miss him forever

I always thought I’d have such a long post about my dad, and honestly I’ve been avoiding it. Makes it too real. but if you know me, you know that he was my best friend and that I was a daddy’s girl through and through but the bond my dad & I had will be one for the books. Truly this is the weirdest thing even writing this out and I don’t even know what to say or what I did say so we’re going to call it a day

I love you paparoni pizza ❤️ rest in the sweetest piece and you and Thor better be waiting at heavens door as soon as I’m finished here; until then I am going to work hard and doing something cool in this life

If you have any memories of my dad, leave them in the comments ❤️

Later grams from my trip to Tampa for the first ever VIP weekend for @bodybyg__ last pic is my personality picture 😂

The weekend that helped shift my mindset 🫶🏼
Grateful God has had his hand so heavily in my life lately. Nothing like a girls weekend to bring you back to life

I need to make a separate post about all @bodybyg__ has done for me mentally & physically but right now, I’m just soaking it all up

If you have been craving routine, wanting more peace & to become the best version of you, I couldn’t recommend getting a personal trainer more

Dm me your story & questions + if you want to be connected with @gracen_vandyke I couldn’t recommend her & her program more 💕

Most people think sales is about having the perfect script or knowing exactly what to say.

I disagree.

The best salespeople I’ve met aren’t trying to convince anyone. They’re trying to understand them.

They ask better questions.
They listen more than they talk.
They aren’t afraid to tell someone when the product isn’t the right fit.

That’s what builds trust.

And trust will always outperform pressure in the long run.

If you’re constantly focused on “How do I close this person?” try asking yourself a different question:

“How can I understand this person better?”

That one mindset shift can change every conversation you have.

What’s one sales mindset shift that has made the biggest difference for you? by @itslindsfink

The fastest way to stay average in sales?

Get defensive every time someone gives you feedback.

I’ve seen it over and over again. A manager coaches someone on a call, points out an objection they could have handled better, or gives one suggestion to improve… and instead of listening, they spend the next five minutes explaining why they did what they did.

But here’s the thing:

Feedback isn’t an attack. It’s data.

The people who become great closers aren’t the ones who never make mistakes; they’re the ones who can separate their ego from their performance.

Every piece of feedback is an opportunity to become a little better than you were yesterday.

Ask questions.
Stay coachable.
Be willing to hear what you don’t want to hear.

Because the moment you think you have nothing left to learn is the moment you stop growing.

Mindset tip for all 🫡

Before working with @gracen_vandyke as my personal trainer my workout routine looked … inconsistent

I came to her at a time I was desperately craving routine & felt like my mind was controlling me

I wanted to be fit but thinking about what I had to do while working out? No thank you. Some call it lazy, I called it overwhelming

Taking care of my body was something I had never done consistently or in a healthy way and was starting at zero.

G broke everything down so simply + was so patient with me.

Some people don’t realize how overwhelming logging food can be and for me it was so tough to the point I wouldn’t eat or over eat; Gracen has been through her own journey and is able to relate to this and while I’m not perfect, help me through it and for the first time am actually tracking my macros and learning how my body responds to food

I could go on and on but it truly has given me the mental clarity I have always craved and the body is just a plus

Ya gotta practice what you preach

Role playing daily, no matter how good you are at sales will set you apart from someone who only practiced when they first got the job

Role playing = getting feedback on how you can do better
Doing better = more confidence around your pitch
More confidence around your pitch = a better mindset
A better mindset = helping more people
Helping more people = more sales and $$ in your pocket

But forreal… I have struggled hard with cooking/meal prepping

I would take one bite and want to throw up

I am in a season where I am done with my old self & teaching myself better habits.

For me, keeping it simple has really helped me; along with giving myself grace

I’ve been doing the 80/20 rule with my eating and I feel so much better
80% of the time I am cooking for myself
20% of the time I’ll grab something to eat

I focus on meals that are within my macros that my trainer @gracen_vandyke sets out for me in the @bodybyg__ app, along with a meal plan (this is such a game changer for me)

I am leaning into self discipline, what’s good for my mind + what God would want for me and that is for sure eating real foods over processed junk (my body is already thanking me)

Cheers to living healthier lives 🍒🍓🍇🍎🍉🍑🍊🍋🍍🍌🥑🍏🥝🥭🥥🍅🍋‍🟩🫒🫐 by @itslindsfink

Over coming objections gets a lot easier when you have the right mindset going into it

What questions are you asking & how are you asking them?
What’s your body language like?
What is the body language of your prospect?
What is their issue?

Always comes down to 3 things: money, time & overall value

When you get these objections, are you like “I got this, I can help show them the value” or are you anxious and thinking “ugh here we go again, I hope I don’t loose this one like the last”

Both can say the same thing to over come the objection, but one will sound confident & matter of fact. The other will sound desperate & scared

Which mindset do you choose? by @itslindsfink

Lately, I’ve realized I’ve been paying the price for my own inaction.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the cost of not taking action.

Having ideas but never acting on them.
Wanting more but not putting any energy into getting there.
Feeling stuck while continuing to make the same choices that keep you stuck.

The truth is, life isn’t meant to always be easy or comfortable if you want it to be full.

I’ve realized that nothing changes until we do. Growth doesn’t happen in our comfort zone. It happens when we make the uncomfortable decision, take the first step, and keep moving, even when we don’t feel ready.

Time is too valuable to keep waiting for the “perfect” moment. The longer we delay taking action, the heavier staying stuck begins to feel.

So here’s to choosing action over excuses. One small step at a time. 🫡

What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you’re finally ready to start? by @itslindsfink

Your mindset sucks, but it’s ok because I’m here to help

Part 2 about helping people

If you stop focusing on the amount of money you can make and start focusing on how many people you can help, the money will come … probably way more than focusing solely on the money
