Basically I build things on the internet and lose more golf balls in the desert than most people.

If you’re in Las Vegas, let’s go golfing. I can help with all your tech and definitely help you look for your ball ⛳️ by @itsluchosuarez

$I help businesses turn the way they work into technology that actually works for them. Most businesses don’t need another platform thrown on top of everything. They need someone to look at how they actually work and design the right mix of systems, whether that means using what they already have, replacing it, or building something new. That is where I come in. I spend time understanding how your team actually gets work done. What is manual, what is duplicated, where things slip through the cracks, and where you are fighting your tools instead of getting help from them. From there, I map that into a simple plan. Sometimes it is cleaner automation around the tools you already use. Sometimes it is moving away from tools that are holding you back. Sometimes it is a custom build that fits what you do perfectly. The point is not to chase every new app. The point is to make your systems feel lighter, clearer, and easier to run. If your team lives in spreadsheets, repeats the same steps every day, or keeps saying “there has to be a better way,” that is usually the sign you are ready for this kind of work. That is what I do as a fractional CTO and builder. I sit in the middle of your business and your technology, and I make them line up. by @itsluchosuarez$

Trying to keep up with AI right now feels like drinking from a firehose.

Claude. ChatGPT. Gemini. Grok.

It’s a lot.

My goal is simple: break it down, filter the noise, and show you what actually matters for your business.

Just got Claude Duet.

Gonna test it against GrokBot and share what actually sticks. First glance: GrokBot has a computer I can take over. Claude doesn’t.

Quick updates as I go. What should I try first?

Here’s what my AI team actually did this week.

John helped me ship 9 pull requests across 2 projects. New features, a couple of fixes, and a full accessibility pass so the sites work for more people.

Endurance had my brief ready every morning before I opened email. CASE kept my invoices organized, so I know which ones are still pending without a spreadsheet. Murph handled routing and asked me before acting. Amelia planned this post.

Same bots, every day, doing the boring stuff so I can do the real work.

Which one would save you the most time?

I kept seeing promoted videos about Grok Bots, so I decided to test them myself. No sponsorship, just my real setup.

I gave each bot one job: a morning brief, invoices, dev work, a client blog, and my Instagram. Some of it works really well, and some I’m still figuring out. I’ll share both.

What’s one task you’d hand to a bot tomorrow? by @itsluchosuarez
