fire offered me light in a time of darkness and provided such an addicting feeling of empowerment and transformation 🔥 it taught me so much about confronting my fears and the healing power of movement ✨

thank you @smithphotographie for beautifully capturing the duality of light and darkness 🌗

fire jam flow at @sonicspringsfestival 🔥 after finishing 5 hours of on and off performing all night I finally did a 4am burn for myself & only myself 🫶🏻 I felt so connected with the fire I completely forgot there were people watching ✨ I still ended up doing another on-stage performance at sunrise cause I couldn’t resist 🙈 but this one was so simple and felt so powerful 🖤
