welcome to Hope House Creative 🍷⭐️ a content studio for small, local businesses. I’m Maddie, the founder. I’ve spent years in social media marketing, writing briefs, reviewing content and learning what actually makes people stop scrolling. And I kept noticing the same thing: the businesses with the best stories are often the ones with the least time to tell them. so I built a home for those stories. 📸 photography that captures the little moments 🎬 short-form video made for Reels and TikTok ✍️ creative direction, so every shoot starts with a plan no jargon, no stress. just content that looks like you, made by someone who’s worked on both sides of the brief. own a local business, or know someone who does? send us a DM or tap the link in our bio 🤍 every business has a story. let’s write your next chapter ✍️ creative content studio, small businesses, Horsham, Crawley, Horley, West Sussex, social media marketing, photography for small businesses, short-form video, Reels, TikTok, content shoot. by @itsmadshope
this brand made £250k in an hour, and the launch wasn’t the clever bit 👀 everyone’s talking about agende’s launch day numbers. but the real strategy started years before anyone could buy: 🌍 years of world-building: content, aesthetic and story that made people feel part of something 📝 a 108k waitlist: she didn’t launch to an audience, she launched to a queue ⏳ honest scarcity: no fake countdowns. when it said limited, it meant it the launch is the result, not the strategy 🤍 #marketingstrategy #brandbuilding #productlaunch #socialmediamarketing #smallbusinessuk by @itsmadshope
a day in my life working in marketing and building a business after hours ⏰☕📖 by day i work in social media marketing: client calls, briefs, feedback rounds and working out what makes people stop scrolling. by night, it’s shift two. planning, emails, content and slowly building something that’s all mine. and when there’s anything left in the tank, i write. is it a lot? yes. do i love it? also yes 🤍 the secret (if there is one) is my planner, my non-negotiable hot chocolate and accepting that not every evening will be productive ⭐️ #dayinmylife #9to5 #sidehustle #socialmediamarketing #buildingabusiness by @itsmadshope
what does an account manager actually do all day? 👀 people ask me this constantly, so here’s the honest answer. i work in social media marketing at a paid social agency, and my job is basically being the middle bit: ☎️ client comms: listening for what’s working, what’s not, what’s in the pipeline ✍️ briefs: turning “make it feel more us” into something a creative team can actually make 🔁 feedback: reviewing content from both sides. does it answer the brief, will the client love it, will it perform? 📊 creative + data: making sure the creatives and the numbers are pulling in the same direction 🕵️‍♀️ spotting problems early: the bit nobody sees. if i’m doing my job well, you’ll never know there was an issue part firefighter, part project manager, part problem solver. and i genuinely love it 🤍 #accountmanager #socialmediamarketing #agencylife #marketingcareers #dayinthelife by @itsmadshope
the plot twist you didn’t see coming... 📖 hi, i’m mads! if you’re new here (or you’ve been here a while and lost track of what i’m up to), let me properly reintroduce myself. by day, i work in social media marketing at a paid social agency. i spend my time on content strategy, creator briefs and finding out what actually makes people stop scrolling. by night, i’m a romance writer. yes, a real one, with a literary agent and everything. i still pinch myself. and in between, i create content for brands and share everything i’ve learned about social media, from both sides of the brief. so here’s what you can expect from this account: ✨ social media marketing tips that actually work ✨ behind the scenes of working in the industry ✨ my journey as a romance author ✨ real life as a creative juggling far too many things if any of that sounds like your kind of thing, hit follow. this is very much chapter one 🤍 #socialmediamarketing #contentcreator #romancewriter #ukcreator #marketingtips by @itsmadshope
