the 3 levels:
1. a prompt gives AI instructions
2. a loop does the work, checks it and fixes what failed
3. a graph maps your whole workflow, with rules for when to retry, stop or ask you

one-off task = prompt.
one job you can grade pass or fail = loop.
a process you repeat every week = graph.

3. get 3 approaches before you pick
4. make it challenge your ideas
5. separate facts from assumptions

7. define “finished” before it starts
8. make it review against that
9. turn your best workflow into a Skill
10. get a handover doc before a fresh chat

I finally put my entire video process in one place!! Ideas, hooks, pacing, B-roll, visuals, the tools I use, my exact prompts & the AI agent I built🫡

I like being multifaceted. I like caring about a lot of things. I want a big life. And a big career.
