May to August Opera festival season. I'm so grateful to all of the people I got to meet throughout these 3 amazing productions: La Bohème - Onegin at the Grange Festival Un ballo in Maschera at Opera Holland Park I was so lucky to work with creatives and technical teams who were passionate, engaging and fun. Every single person took the time to share something fundamental with me. What a sensational season ✨️ by @itsme_ninib
Since my trip to Sevilla and Madrid earlier this year, Zurbarán has quickly become one of my favorite artists. As a sculpter and son of a fabrics merchant, Zurbaran has developed such a vivid and emotional painting technique. It is so rare that his paintings travel outside their residence, that I thought in this exhibition at the National Gallery I was going to see few of his masterpieces, and yet I was surprised with a big walk through many of his works, from ecclesiastical, to mythical, portraits and still life. I've not taken pictures of the faces because you need to go to the exhibition and experience how overwhelming touching it is. by @itsme_ninib
What a special surprise was Seville, a city overflowing with artisanal work, colours, perfumes and my kryptonite: oranges. In every road we found mosaics and azulejos working as decorations as well as plaques, to my suprise not for real events or people but for fictional characters, from Carmen to Don Quixote. By professional deformation I just HAD TO walk in the majestic Galerias Madrid fabric shop that produces incredible fabrics for flamenco clothes and more, I wanted to stay there for hours. Experiencing real live flamenco in Casa de la Memoria was truly memorable, it is the art of improviation, which requires so much technique, but especially listening and observing everyone: singers, guitar player and dancers. I've  seen flamenco before but maybe not in the right place, because I understood even the stage plays a key role, it is an instrument, and needs to be played with care. I discovered talented painters such as Zurbaran and  Sorolla. Food was to die for. I can go on and on with this post but I'll just have to return to Sevilla 💃🏻♥️ by @itsme_ninib
One week intensive workshop with @tempertheatre lead by astounding director @rich_rusk_theatre was what I needed at the end of 2025. In a year lead by the need of change and the fear of getting stuck, this one crazy week has left me with the pleasent awareness that we do not get it right at the first try, we need to keep generating ideas no matter how rough the start is, there's time to polish it. I met a brilliant group of people, so thanks to everyone, it was truly magical ✨️ And thanks to @isa_lauuuuu as a superb point of reference and photographer 🫶🏻 by @itsme_ninib
