No, we can’t change the whole world… but every single day we can do our little part to make it a tiny bit better. Thank you, Jane. 💚

Seeing chimpanzees in the wild has always been one of my biggest dreams. I was so excited while we were walking through the jungle, hoping we would find them… and then we did.

When you look into their eyes, you can see so much. So many feelings, so many emotions. Don’t you think so too?

At one point we heard them vocalizing, and it brought tears to my eyes. I was just so full of happiness. I truly think this is a memory I will carry with me forever. 💚🐒

Love to @ameliagibbs for the close up videos! Check her account she is an amazing wildlife videographer 💚

Uganda - My heart is so full 💚

This journey gave me more than I could have imagined—unforgettable encounters with incredible wildlife, meaningful friendships, and memories I’ll carry forever.

Because in the end, traveling isn’t just about the places you visit. It’s about the people you meet along the way.

Thanks to my amazing friend @wildtesa, I had the opportunity to work alongside CTPH (Conservation Through Public Health). Their incredible team of veterinarians doesn’t just protect the endangered mountain gorillas—they also care for the surrounding communities and the domestic animals living around the national park.

Healthy people mean healthy animals. Healthy animals mean a healthy ecosystem. Everything is connected. 💚

Uganda, thank you for reminding me why conservation is about so much more than wildlife.

Have you ever visited a place that completely changed your perspective?

REWILIDING

Is what it’s all about 🫶🏼 Thanks to @pangolinrescuecenteruganda we were able to participate in the release of this rescued pangolin, back in the wild where he belongs 🍃

Pangolins are the most trafficked animal in the world for their scales and bushmeat, and the white-bellied tree pangolin (pictured here) is classified as Endangered on the IUCN Red List.

This rescue center located near Bwindi national park works tirelessly to protect pangolins through anti-poaching measures, public education, and habitat conservation 💚 by @itsmebeccs
