oh to be a Viking❤️💙!

As I leave behind a legacy at North Meck where my grandmother, great aunts and uncles, older sister, cousin, and now me and my two cousins once walked these same halls, I can truly say this school became a second home to me.

For the past four years, North Meck has been more than just a school. It was early mornings, long nights, tutoring sessions, practices, games, school events, announcing women’s soccer games, spirit weeks, leadership opportunities, and memories that will stay with me forever. No matter what role I played, I always tried to show up with positivity, pride, and love for my school.

Thank you @northmeckbball for the unforgettable memories and for always showing me what true brotherhood looks like. No matter how my basketball journey turned out, this program taught me lessons and gave me memories that I’ll carry forever.

I couldn’t thank @nm_cheerleaders enough for taking me under their wing when basketball took a turn for me. I’m forever grateful for being accepted into such a comfortable space where I could truly be myself and grow as a person. This program is part of who I am today, and I’ll forever embrace it. #redsquadd4l❤️💙

Thank you to @northmecksga and my fellow students for trusting me to serve as Senior Class Representative. My goal was always to make everyone feel included and help create a senior year we’ll never forget. None of it would’ve been possible without such a strong E-Board and advisor. ❤️

I Am Who I Am Because Of Who We All Are. That motto will stay with me forever. @stratrichymca_teens helped me grow as a leader, planner, traveler, and person. Grateful for every opportunity, every connection, and for serving as president this year.

I am beyond grateful for every opportunity, every lesson, every friendship, and every teacher, coach, advisor, and mentor who helped shape me into the person I am today.

North Meck will forever hold a special place in my heart.

With 9 days until graduation, I couldn’t be more grateful for the program that has played such a major part in my life and shaped me into who I am today. North Meck Cheer is truly one of the hardest working athletic programs, and I’ll stand on that forever.

Shoutout to the 23-24 We set the bar high my first year ever cheering and to every captain, teammate, and coach who impacted me along the way, especially my seniors @theecalebrice @iiheartt.nii_ @mikeyysimonee And be honest… what other CMS team yk had a documentary?? 😂.

24-26 definitely came with ups and downs. Junior year, I had moments where I sat out and took a step back, but all of that prepared me for my comeback senior year. Senior year allowed me to grow as a leader. Having such a young team pushed me, but my biggest goal was always to help get my team where we needed to be and help every varsity athlete grow and we all did exactly that in different ways.

I’m forever grateful for my cheer journey.

I love yall like my momma made yall.

it’s crazy how we all started this cheer journey together but didn’t even know we’d become so close. somewhere along the way, going into our senior year, everything changed. we became inseparable doing life together every single day, laughing until we cried, and being there through moments nobody else saw.

yall became my safe place. the ones who checked me, lifted me, prayed with me, cried with me, and never let me feel alone. we held each other accountable, had those hard conversations, helped each other through relationships, and loved each other through every version of ourselves.

I thank God for yall, truly. because not everybody gets friendships like this. Real, genuine, and unbreakable.
it hurts knowing we’re all going our separate ways, but that don’t end here. that kind of love don’t fade.
