Life lately: The Art of the Present Moment ✨

I’ve been very intentional about living in the present moment since the beginning of this year. I find being present a common struggle within the current society we live in due to the tremendous amount of distractions we have all around us. It’s way to easy to fall into the artificial dopamine trap and waste many hours of our life doing so. We’re all victims of it, including myself. 📲

So with that being said… I know it’s ironic saying this online. But please take a moment to watch this video and truly be inspired to put your phone down right after and go outside. Spend time with your loved ones. Pay attention to the “small” things in life that you may typically overlook. Appreciate the world around you! 🌎📴

-We have to understand that the world doesn’t owe us anything. 🌎

-If we want to see great change in our lives, in our families lives, then we have to create the GOOD that is within this world. ✨

-The world is a place where positivity isn’t natural, where positivity isn’t guaranteed. 🍃

-Negativity is guaranteed. 👹

-We are placed here as vessels to be the change of positivity that we want to see in this world. ☮️

Be that vessel. 🫶

🇮🇹 Exploring the heart of Italy in a cozy camper van was a dream come true for me. From the ancient streets of Rome, where history whispers around every corner, to the leaning tower of Pisa, a quirky icon of architectural marvel, the journey was nothing short of magical. 🏛️🗺️

The winding canals of Venice captivated me with their historic charm and unique atmosphere, while the stunning Amalfi coast left me breathless with its rugged beauty. The scent of authentic Italian cuisine wafted through the air, leading me to countless trattorias, where each bite felt like a masterpiece. 🍝🍕

I wish you could’ve been there to witness the charm of Italy, to soak in the rich history, and taste the flavors of la dolce vita… but for now I will leave you to witness these breathtaking landscapes I managed to capture! 🤩🇮🇹

FIRST MARATHON BUT IT WON’T BE MY LAST 💪🏼🔥

All the glory, all the honor, all the praise belongs to GOD 🙌🏼

Everything goes to Him.

I won’t take any of His shine; He alone is worthy to be praised. Every victory, every moment, I lay it at His feet. 🙏🏼

We are all walking testimonies. We are all capable of so much more than the limited beliefs that conceive us. Give it all to God.

BELIEVE. HAVE FAITH. PREVAIL through it all. The highs & the lows. And watch the power of GOD reign in your life. Watch how you accomplish the things you once thought you could never do. The power of our minds and having faith is stronger than any obstacle or enemy that stands in your way. 🫵🏼

First marathon complete with only half of my training completed. Halfway through I experienced a lingering leg/ankle injury that I had to recover from for two months with little to no marathon training. Making only a half marathon being the longest distance I finished before going into this FULL 26.2 marathon. 😮‍💨

Nevertheless I kept my mind and spirit high, staying hopeful, knowing that God is by my side through it all. I did not allow any setbacks to prevent me from finishing this marathon. Going from finishing my first 10k at the beginning of this year (January) to my first marathon at the end of this year is really cool to see. Don’t limit yourself! Push the limits. You got this!

& special shoutout to my brother @whostorrey for everything. We helped each other every step of the way leading up to race day. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually. From track days in high school to now being apart of the 1% who have completed a full marathon. Full circle moment brother. 💯

Ajaccio, France 😎📍

Our next destination upon our Euro trip with @virginvoyages 🛳️

A small French island in the Mediterranean Sea that offers some spectacular coastal views, natural beauty, & historical sites within the charming capital of Corsica 🇫🇷

On this day the fam & I decided to kick back and relax on the beach just steps away from the city. Of course we took a stroll beforehand through the city to enjoy all the beauty and history it has to offer. 🤩

Our second stop with @virginvoyages was sensational 🔥

We had the option of visiting a couple different areas from where we ported in La Spezia & let me tell ya… I am so grateful that we took this boat charter hitting not only Porto Venere but also the stunning area of Monterosso al Mare 😮‍💨🤌🏼

Both locations FULL of history, charm, & amazing views. 🇮🇹

Majority of the shots taken of me were up on top of the beautiful Castello Doria di Porto Venere which was built around 1160. It is the oldest surviving fortification in the Cinque Terre. 🏰

& as you can see… the surrounding areas seem as if it is straight out of a movie or painting. The sculpture I captured with my drone blew my mind. It was carved right out of that piece of rock. And that breakfast right there may not seem like much but lemme tell ya… it was SO good! 🤯

All in all, both loth locations are absolutely worth the visit if you are ever planning a trip to Italy. It is along the Northwest coast of Italy, not to far up from Pisa. 🇮🇹 taken in Portovenere by @itsmerroo

First stop with @virginvoyages in Civitavecchia 🇮🇹

A lovely Italian seaside town that may not be talked about enough. Although my buddy & I took a ride into the historic city of Rome this day - I still loved and appreciated this hidden gem which is about an hour drive just outside of Rome. 🤩

Within just a few hours we got to see the one of a kind Colosseum, Saint Peter’s Square & the Vatican, as well as Terrazza della Quadrighe. 🔥

When in Rome (especially during the summer) you gotta have some Italian gelato 😮‍💨🤌🏼

That pasta I had was top tier. Which was at a restaurant in Civitavecchia. Easily one of my favorite dishes of the entire trip! 🍝

Primeros días en España con la fam 🇪🇸

Quick breakdown of what you’re seeing here:

First Real Madrid match with mi madre y amigo ⚽️ (Mbappé goalasssooo!)
It was such an ELECTRIC crowd and the energy was unmatched. Also, got to witness the goat man himself @lukamodric10 play his last match with Real Madrid. 🥲

We have a nice shot in between Torres Venecianes looking straight down the road at the stunning Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya 📸

Recorded our cable car ride up to Montserrat. Had to capture the breathtaking views as we were headed up to witness some even MORE breathtaking views 😮‍💨

Slides 6-8: Got to experience a traditional Spanish bullfight at Las Ventas which is a bullfighting arena that was built in the 1920’s 🐂 Really cool experience although it sucked witnessing the bull’s pass.

A quick photo dump of some of my favorite flicks including ma dukes & I, the Royal Palace of Madrid at night, and train views somewhere in the countryside of Spain 🔥

Montserrat, España 🇪🇸

What an absolutely stunning place that I am grateful to have explored & experienced. 🙏🏼

Fun facts: Montserrat means “serrated mountain” in Catalan, which is in reference to the saw-like mountain peaks. But according to legend, these peaks weren’t carved by erosion or time—oh no. Angels descended with a golden saw and sculpted the mountain to create a throne for the Virgin Mary. Divine landscaping at its finest! ⛰️

This monastery’s origins date back to the 9th century when monks established a chapel on the site. 📆

The monks chose Montserrat for its remote and mountainous location, seeking solitude and spiritual communion with nature. 🧘‍♂️ taken in Monestir De Montserrat, Barcelona, España by @itsmerroo
