Feeding my brain (to show up as a better mom) ❤️

I have been trying to be more intentional with the time i have, to slow down my brain a little and avoid doom scrolling. I took advantage of my kiddo’s quiet time & i felt sooo joyful afterwards.

It doesn’t have to be so many things, but reading a couple pages of your current book or brain dumping in a journal is so helpful to declutter your brain & change your mood.

Would you like to join me?

The matcha of my dreams ✨ | the Uji Harmony by @naokimatcha has an amazing taste on its own or as a latte.

Since we are still trying to hold on to the fall vibes, i paired it with this pumpkin pie spice syrup i made and all i can say is that i’ve been drinking it on the daily! 🌿

If you are looking for a matcha that is smooth, and has dark chocolate notes, this one is for YOU!

Had the best family date night at @miao_carrollton !!! 🐈‍⬛🧋

It is an all-you-can-drink boba spot in Carrollton, TX. You can leave and come back the same day but make sure you have your bracelet. 😱

There are so many good options. We tried some of their recommended drinks (my favorite one was the saffron infused Thai milk tea with boba), but you can also build your own! 🤤

My kid’s favorite thing was the amount of board games available, we played for 3 hrs straight. 🤪👍

Save this for your next date night or a solo date, why not! 🧋
