A re-introduction is in order because a lot has changed these last few years, especially this last one.

Hi, I’m Mikki.

I’m a mentor, a network marketing leader, a healer, an empath, a HSP, a nerd, a DV survivor, an aesthetics & wellness pro, a mother and a woman trying to live a God-led life while knowing I’ll never do it perfectly.

I feel like I’ve lived ten lifetimes in the last three years.

I’ve ripped off the bandaids, poured salt in my own wounds, asked myself the hard questions, and unlearned nearly everything I thought made me valuable.

For most of my life, I believed I needed titles, achievements, and a corporate ladder to prove I mattered. I don’t believe that anymore.

I’ve realized that simply being alive, sharing my gifts, loving deeply, helping others and doing the work on myself is more than enough.

And I’ve learned that the people who survive betrayal, abandonment, trauma, heartbreak, and the darkest nights of the soul often become the most powerful healers. The alchemists.

Pain becomes wisdom.
Wounds become medicine.
That is alchemy.
I am an alchemist.

I believe divine rage can become softness. That the things meant to break us can actually shape us into people who help others heal.

I no longer live inside my story. I carry it with purpose.

Because every year I spent in the dark taught me how to find my way back, so I could help guide others through theirs.

That’s why I share my passions, my lessons, my wellness journey, my faith, my business, my knowledge, and my love & my heart so openly.

It takes courage to stay soft after life tries to harden you.

Peptides are not “new.”

The first peptides were being synthesized over 100 years ago… they’re just finally becoming mainstream enough for people to start paying attention.

And no, peptides themselves are not “sketchy.”
Bad sourcing, poor purity, and uneducated people pushing them? THAT can absolutely be sketchy. And no, just because you’re getting them from a provider or a compounding pharmacy does not mean that you are on the best ones or getting the proper guidance either, just be aware of that. I’ve seen it so many times where people are either on the wrong ones or they’re on incomplete stacks to reach their goals.

Your body naturally produces peptides already. But aging, stress, inflammation, toxins, poor sleep, cortisol overload, and mitochondrial decline can weaken those signaling pathways over time.
