the story behind the glasses..

I had a stable job for over a year and was upset that my job just GAVE me insurance without letting me know because my therapist that I had from a previous insurance got canceled 😞

anyways so I kept going because this health insurance was mandatory with the job and I had finally had a good paying stable job, that’s how I was able to get into my starting over home 🙌🏼

and with that came the coverage of my prescription glasses, I was so EXCITED about this one

first time I felt like I was able to splurge on myself with me working hard for the money I had earned not just paying bills and taking care of my household/kids but also taking care of myself

I spent sooo long in the store and I had my eyes set on these frames and they were higher than I had ever spent on anything for myself truly

ngl I still added it to my credit card 😂

But I was able to pay off that credit card the next few months 👏🏼

I’ve felt so good with this investment since it goes so well with my vibe and my style

the best investment you can make is to invest in yourself 🙌🏼 by @itsmsmaritza

Nobody talks about how hard it is to sleep when you’re going through a difficult season in life. Or if you have issues sleeping in general

when I have issues sleeping I know it’s a stressful time in my life

@bettersleep could help, try it lmk if it works for you 🙏🏼🦋

they’re on sale ahh 🙏🏼🙈 @simplemills @costco

I always turn the box/bag around to check out the ingredients list and Simple Mills never disappoints.

when you’ve had gut issues most of your life, constipated girly here 💁🏽‍♀️, and later on they say you have pre-cancer cells in your gut you LOCK IN

I do my best to feed these kids the good ingredient foods 🙌🏼

true story & even truer flavor @agua.de.kefir @sprouts

those probiotic foods are essential, the ones that are naturally occurring like fermented foods/drinks are the ones I gravitate towards 🙌🏼
