Summer has always been my favorite season but this summer went by particularly too quickly because it’s likely our last summer living downtown Chicago and maybe even our last summer before babies 🧡
We went to a handful of concerts, games, a boat ride with our favorite people, countless walks for coffee and enjoyed vegan friendly dog friendly patios 😁

In case you haven’t noticed yet, Mike and I have been preparing for kids for a while. We’re not in a rush, but we are deliberately choosing what he or she will learn from us. Yes, they will absolutely speak Spanish and selective things from both of our cultures 🇲🇽 🇸🇻 along with some things we’ve picked up from other cultures, too.
