My camera roll is full, but honestly, so is my heart 🥹…

This trend made me look through my phone and wow… we’ve been building such a beautiful, peaceful life together. I spent a long time feeling pretty lonely and misunderstood, but you changed all of that. You love me in a way I didn’t even know was possible. Every day is calmer and happier with you.

PS: I’m never deleting a single memory. Mostly because I need evidence of how cute we are, but also because you’re stuck with me forever anyway 😏😂❤️

Ya no siento la necesidad de explicarle mis decisiones a todo el mundo. No todos tienen que entender mi forma de vivir, mis prioridades o las cosas que elijo hacer, y estoy bien con eso 💗

Ya no confundo la tranquilidad con el aburrimiento. Aprendí que un día tranquilo, sin grandes planes ni acontecimientos, también puede ser un día maravilloso 🥹

Ya no me hago responsable de las emociones de los demás. Puedo querer muchísimo a alguien sin tener que cargar con el peso de sus decisiones o de sus reacciones ✋🏼

Girl, skincare is already confusing enough without social media convincing us we need 37 products and a 12-step routine😭💗

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE skincare but the more I learn, the more I realize that sometimes we’re just doing way too much.

Not every trending ingredient needs to go on your face, your pores are allowed to exist, and that squeaky-clean feeling after washing your face? Not necessarily a good thing!

And pleaseeee, wear your sunscreen😂☀️

6 therapy lessons that stayed with me 🫪

Ngl, some of these felt a little too personal when i first heard them 🤣 so I’m still learning to put them into practice, but they’ve changed how i show up for myself 🫶🏼

1. Cuanto mas te quedes en el tren equivocado, más caro se hará regresar a casa.
2. Puedes aprender algo de todos, incluso en quién no quieres convertirte.
3. A veces perder algo solo está haciendole más espacio a lo que realmente pertenece en tu vida.
4. Deja de estar infinitamente disponible para la gente que apenas está disponible para ti. Pon tu energía donde es recíproca.
5. Invierte en ti mismo. Tú eres el proyecto más importante en el que vas a trabajar.
6. Sanar no significa olvidar lo que te hirió. Es aprender a dejar de tratarte como si tú no importaras.
