Leaving your country because it wasn’t safe for you to exist there is not a privilege.

I survived long enough to have a voice, and I’m going to use it.

Nostalgia is not the issue here!

But continuing to financially support, promote and hype a franchise connected to someone actively using her money and influence against trans people is a choice you’re making today.

Trans women deserve to be loved✨

I attended my first trans wedding this weekend, and it was not a random one, it was my best friend’s wedding.

Watching @laurengsundstrom be loved loudly, celebrated fully, and walk into her fairytale in a literal castle was more emotional than I expected (also I am known to be the crier in the group).

Lauren and @nomercier kept the theme open and didnt want to force people to dress up, and we all showed up in our most beautiful selves!

Thank you Peter @hauszuk and @ema.bardot for making me the dress of my dreams!! I felt and looked like a princess.

We deserve this kind of love.
We deserve joy, softness, commitment, family, and happily ever afters too.
To witness theirs was something I’ll carry with me forever.

To you my habibi, my soulmate and best friend, my favourite travel and life partner! I can’t wait to celebrate 66 years together, carry a small fan and make sure you don’t get hangry🥲!
I love you ya حبيبي

(ps: if you a trans woman wondering if you will ever be loved and have a healthy relationship with a cis het person, let this be your reminder)

اصلي أنا - @zeyne 🍉✨❤️

I performed this song at a fundraising event almost a year ago and I still go back and watch this video and tear up.

Growing up in the south of Lebanon, chanting القدس لنا was part of our daily ritual. I’m 34 years old and I still raise the voice and say it out loud!

None of us is free until all of us are free!!
