My year in reverse; the first and last photos were taken 364 days apart.

The new year has never held much significance for me, but I found 2025 to be a profound and transformative year. One of the best decisions I could have made was finally investing in my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I feel fortunate and privileged to finally be in a place where I can prioritize myself over my "goals" and my pursuit of what I believed "success" to be.

Throughout the year, I've grown to finally think of myself as an adult and have been able to re-disvover what success, fulfillment, and purpose mean to me. Through a newfound joy for keeping my body in motion and exploring long-term sobriety I've began to build self-love, worth, clarity, and a sense of self, all of which had alluded me the past 28 years.

Im thankful for the love and support of my friends and family who have always seen what I have to give and offer to the world, im beginning to see for myself that I am worth the life I have been given.

For once, im looking forward to the year to come, but I would be remiss if I didnt take a moment to express my thanks to the universe and document my progress and say I am proud of myself. by @itsnotnudson
