🩷 It’s going to be a year since Lucky came into our lives. I knew I wanted a dog, but I was waiting for the perfect moment for my perfect pup (a sassy chihuahua that would only love me) 🩷 taken in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard by @itsofii

Highlighting another incredible instructor. ✨

What started as a personal journey through movement became a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through Pilates.

For her, Pilates is more than just a workout… it’s a space to breathe deeply, quiet the mind, build strength, and feel grounded from the inside out.

Her classes focus on intentional movement, presence, and creating an environment where you can slow down from the stress of everyday life and reconnect with your body.

She’s passionate about helping women move with confidence, feel stronger, and leave class feeling refreshed and restored. 🩶

Because movement isn’t just about changing your body… it’s about caring for your mind, body, and soul. 💫 taken in Dania Beach, Florida by @itsofii

I promised I’d document every month of 2026 — the best year of our lives, I can feel it ✨ — but January got away from me in the chaos. A little late, but still so full of love. Here’s my January 🤍 by @itsofii

GRACIAS!

Bye 2025 🩵 I stepped out of my comfort zone, finally decided to follow my dreams and started my Pilates teacher training, changed jobs, made new friends, and met such inspiring people who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. And my family and friends, as always, were my #1 fans. Thank you 🤍✨ by @itsofii
