The Morzine mems continues! 🇫🇷🏂

We headed over to Avoriaz for some unreal runs, and Roy checked out The Stash (which we somehow completely missed?!).

Turns out this is what a birthday done my way looks like 🏂✨

This year I did my birthday a little differently ❄️🏔️ Instead of fitting it in around weather, calendars or everyone else’s milestones, I chose to do something just for me. It turned out to be one of the loveliest, no-pressure birthdays I’ve ever had.

A trip with a group of friends (and friends-of-friends) who somehow all clicked, rode at the same pace ⛷️🏂, laughed a lot and made space for each other. A reminder that choosing yourself can really be this beautiful.

I’ve spent many years quietly prioritising other people’s moments, and I don’t regret that - but this year reminded me that it’s also okay to honour your own. Birthdays don’t have to be big, traditional or centred around family (even though, in moments, I did miss mine lol). They can be small or adventurous, shared or quiet, expensive or simple - whatever feels right for you at that moment in life.

To my mum and sisters (& the kids): I love you endlessly 🧡
Choosing this for myself doesn’t take anything away from you. If anything, it reminds me how much I want to keep sharing life and experiences together, and I can’t wait to do that, including creating new memories as a family. Roll on December! 🫶🏼

And to Roy: my constant, my home, my always… We’ve already lived a good life, and wherever the future takes us, as long as I have you, we are complete.

Here’s to choosing Joy(ce), without guilt, at any age ✨

✨ Osteria Angelina, you have my whole heart.

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in London recently. Italian soul meets Japanese finesse, and every dish felt like a little moment (on the lips, not the hips! well maybe but who cares 🤪). From the milk bread to the hamachi collar to the tuna caviar pasta - everything was incredible.

🍽️ FOOD: 10/10 flavour-packed, thoughtful and beautifully done
🌿 VIBES: warm, sleek and such a lovely spot near Spitalfields
💸 PRICE: ££ best enjoyed on payday LOL, but absolutely worth it for the quality + experience
🐶 DOG-FRIENDLY: 10/10 big win (@cocothefluff truly enjoyed her rib-eye🥩)

Perfect for a family meal, date night, catching up with friends or when you just want something that feels a bit special.
