2026 Longboard Calendar
A year built around classic longboard 🤍

Throughout the year we organise a small number of carefully designed trips, clinics and workshops, both abroad and here in Cádiz.

Our approach combines professional coaching, video analysis, guided surf sessions and personalised feedback in small groups, creating the ideal environment to progress while enjoying unique destinations and a strong community atmosphere.

Our trips are designed to immerse ourselves in the local culture of each place, with cultural activities, local food, and time to connect with the rhythm and character of every destination:

• 2th to 7th July — A Coruña, Galicia with @oldiscool15172 & @larampagarage (SOLD OUT)

• 14th to 20th September — Zarautz, Basque Country with @garmendiasurfboards @jongarmendia (2 SPOTS LEFT)

• 29th September to 4th October — Asilah, Northern Morocco with @antiksurfclub (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

• 17th to 23th October — Imsouane, Morocco with @garmendiasurfboards (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

• 4th to 8th November — Special Longboard Workshop with @ria.appleton Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

• 21th to 28th November — Longboard Days with @yogaoceanflow @laluzsurfcamp (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

• 12th to 19th December — Longboard Days with @yogaoceanflow @laluzsurfcamp (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

Private and small-group longboard workshops in Cádiz are also available throughout the year by request, except during June, July and August.

Our next Longboard Trip to Imsouane 💚

A week to go deep into classic longboard culture.

Beyond spending hours in the water, this trip is about understanding what you are doing and why.

During the week we will share two longboard theory sessions and conversations about longboard theory: boards, shapes, materials, fins, different setups and how all of these elements can completely change the way you ride a wave.

We will talk about technique, positioning, trimming, footwork and the details behind classic longboarding — taking what we learn outside the water and bringing it back into every session.

5 longboard workshops.
2 longboard theory sessions.
3 video analysis sessions.
Free sessions together.
Water photography pack.
7 days & 6 nights at @the.o.surf, right in front of the wave.
Breakfasts and dinners included.
Transfers from/to Agadir or Essaouira included.

A special Longboard Workshop with Ria Appleton in Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz

Five days focused on classic longboarding, art and the culture around it.
An opportunity to learn directly from Ria, work on longboard technique and explore her artistic practice through a dedicated art workshop.

A small group and a personal approach, bringing together longboarding, water photography, creative practice and the culture that surrounds them.

Zarautz week with @garmendiasurfboards

A week of good log waves, longboard technique, theory, shaping and plenty of quality time.

We enjoyed home-cooked food by Jon, a visit to Luc Rolland, board talks, video analysis, sessions and good moments together.

These longboard weeks are always something special. A full week to understand more about the boards and the technique, and keep improving in the water.

We want to say thank you to everyone who has made this possible. To everyone who came, spent some time with us, shared a conversation or simply supported us from near or far.

A special thank you to @dudelsea & @hidenorimatsuoart without them, this would simply not have happened. Thank you for believing in the project and for being an essential part of this moment.

We are also very happy to announce that the exhibition will be extended at @offseason_gallery @umi_to_hon_jp beyond its original closing date and will remain open for more days throughout September.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and follow our path. This project has always been built through people, places and the connections that happen along the way.

We have our next Longboard trip to Imsouane.
October 17th — 23rd.

A week focused on longboarding, improving and spending time in the water.

The week includes:

Video analysis will be one of the main focuses of this trip.
We’ll film your sessions in the water and go through them together, looking at your positioning, lines, timing, footwork, style and everything that can help you understand and improve your technique.

A look at eight years of the project.

This exhibition brings together a selection of pieces from the Itsonlywater universe, created throughout these eight years.

Itsonlywater was born by chance, without a strategy or a predefined direction. It began with the encounter of two artistic languages: photography and illustration.

We chose Japan as the first place to present this exhibition — a special place for us and a meaningful starting point for this next chapter.
