Great to spend some time on site at Segara Seseh with @eriksteinhiller , founder of Bali Prime, and hear firsthand about the vision behind this incredible development.

Erik’s a great guy with an amazing vision, and what really stood out to us was the thought behind the project — not only what they’re creating at Segara Seseh, but the way they’re thinking about the local community and the future of this part of Bali.

We walked away genuinely excited about what Eric and his team are building and very confident in their approach. So much so that we’ve committed to purchasing one of the penthouses ourselves.

For us, it’s about backing great people with a strong vision and being part of something we genuinely believe in.

Really excited to see Segara Seseh come to life and to be part of the journey. 🇮🇩 taken in Seseh, Bali, Indonesia by @itsowenrobson

Last night Erin and I attended the @forbesaustralia Australia Club event in Brisbane.

One thing being part of the Forbes community continues to reinforce for me is that extraordinary success rarely comes from an extraordinary starting point. It comes from backing yourself, taking calculated risks, surviving adversity and continuing to execute when things get hard.

We had the opportunity to hear from and spend time with Jack Gance, Co-Founder of Chemist Warehouse, alongside @rob.graya and @andrew.graya of @graya , one of Australia’s leading luxury property developers, reshaping Brisbane and the Gold Coast through some incredible projects.

What I enjoyed most, though, were the conversations away from the titles and success.

Talking openly about business, family, adversity, mistakes, risk and the realities behind building something significant.

You quickly realise that everyone started somewhere.

And sometimes the most valuable thing about being in rooms like this isn’t who you can meet — it’s being reminded how much further you can go.

Great night with Erin and some genuinely impressive people. Proud to be part of this community. by @itsowenrobson

Discussing all the important things in life… like the dreaded SOCK DOT. 🧦😂

You know the one. That tiny little seam at the end of your sock that somehow has the power to ruin your entire morning before the day’s even started.

Surely I’m not the only one who feels the wrath of the sock dot?! 🤣

Please tell me I’m not alone in this battle. 👇 by @itsowenrobson

DID WE CONFUSE WORKING HARD WITH BEING SUCCESSFUL? 🔥

Growing up, I watched a generation that seemed to measure success by how many hours they worked, how hard they pushed and how much they sacrificed.

The longer the hours, the greater the success. Or at least that’s how I interpreted it.

And for a long time, I carried that same mentality.

But the world has changed. And perhaps our definition of success needs to change with it.

Don’t get me wrong. I have enormous respect for the work ethic of the Baby Boomer generation. Their sacrifices helped create the opportunities many of us enjoy today.

But I’ve started questioning something…

What if success isn’t about how much of your life you dedicate to work, but how much of your life you’re actually able to enjoy because of it?

Time with your family. Freedom. Experiences. Peace of mind. Being present.

I’m not advocating for working less or lowering your ambitions. I’m advocating for working with purpose.

Because being busy isn’t a badge of honour, and working 70 hours a week doesn’t automatically make you more successful than someone working 35.

Maybe the greatest lesson our generation can teach the next is that you don’t have to sacrifice your entire life to build a successful one.

Curious to hear your thoughts. 👇

Has our definition of success evolved, or have we simply become less willing to make the sacrifices previous generations did?

They say your 20s are your prime… I beg to differ. 🙌🏼

The closer I get to 40, the more I realise that THIS might just be my prime.

More confident. More comfortable in my own skin. More aware of what I want and what I won’t settle for.

There’s something pretty powerful about getting older as a woman. You stop trying to be everything to everyone and start becoming more of yourself.

To every woman approaching 40, already in her 40s, or beyond…

We’re not past our prime. We’re stepping into it. 🔥🤍 by @itsowenrobson

🔥 HOTEL GYMS: UNDERRATED OR OVERRATED?

Are hotel gyms the enemy… or secretly our best friend? 👀

I’m calling it. YAY. 💪

Not sure if it’s an age thing, an introvert vs extrovert thing, or simply the mood I’m in… but there’s something strangely satisfying about walking into a hotel gym with six dumbbells, three machines and absolutely no expectations. 😂

No endless equipment options. No distractions. Just a little creativity and getting the job done.

But here’s what I’m genuinely curious about…

Does having to CREATE a workout with limited equipment give you the same dopamine hit as smashing a session in a premium gym with everything at your fingertips?

Or is the magic actually in the simplicity?

👇 HOTEL GYMS — YAY OR NAY?

And tell me WHY. I’m genuinely interested in the psychology behind this one.

One of the most fascinating things about Bali isn’t its beaches, villas or lifestyle. It’s something much deeper. ❤️

Bali is approximately 86% Hindu and 10% Muslim, and what I’ve found incredibly interesting is the relationship between these two religious communities.

Through conversations I’ve had with both Muslims and Hindus since arriving, my understanding of religion, culture and coexistence is already evolving.

One Muslim gentleman recently explained to me that one of his greatest priorities is showing peace, love and respect towards his Hindu neighbours.

Equally, my conversations with Balinese Hindus have reflected that same sense of gratitude, acceptance and mutual respect.

What makes this even more fascinating is Bali’s long-standing cultural philosophy called Menyama Braya, which centres around treating others as family, regardless of religious or cultural differences.

That’s not to suggest Bali is completely free from religious tensions. No society is. But there is a deeply established tradition here of different communities finding ways to coexist and respect one another.

Coming from Australia, where conversations surrounding religion, culture and identity can sometimes become incredibly divisive, I’ve found these experiences genuinely eye-opening.

Different religions. Different traditions. Different ways of worshipping.

Yet a shared understanding that humanity and kindness should come before our differences.

The more time I spend here, the more I realise Bali has so much more to teach us than simply how to slow down.

Perhaps one of its greatest lessons is how to live alongside people who see the world differently from you, without seeing them as your enemy.

Something I think we could all learn from. 🙏❤️ by @itsowenrobson

When trolls throw hate your way, it generally rolls off your back. But when it comes from someone you’ve genuinely respected, valued and admired, it hits differently.

Especially someone who has faced significant adversity, battled trauma and PTSD, and whose resilience has helped shape your own personal growth.

That’s what makes it so disappointing.

If we’re going to advocate for men’s mental health, the shoe has to fit on both feet.

We can’t ask others to understand our trauma while failing to show empathy for people navigating their own.

We can’t advocate for mental health while contributing to the very battles we’re trying to prevent.

Yesterday was genuinely one of the happiest days of my life. A day my family and I have worked incredibly hard for. Nothing changes that. But the timing of such personal attacks from someone I’ve always held in high regard was genuinely shocking.

This isn’t about self-pity. It’s about calling out the toxic cycle of tearing people down when we should be lifting each other up.

Thank you to everyone who checked in. It means a lot.

We don’t have to agree with each other, but we can still show compassion.

Be kinder. Everyone is fighting battles you know nothing about. ❤️ by @itsowenrobson

After a week in our temporary villa, we’re finally heading HOME. ❤️🏡

Not just to a new house, but to a new chapter of our lives.

Getting here has been anything but easy. There have been hurdles, challenges, setbacks, plenty of yeses, plenty of noes, moments of doubt and a whole lot of procrastination along the way.

But through it all, one thing has become clearer than ever.

Family is everything.

It’s about communicating, collaborating, supporting each other and having each other’s backs, especially when things get tough.

We’ve worked incredibly hard for this. We’ve sacrificed more than most people will ever see, made some enormous decisions and stepped outside everything we’ve ever known to give our family an opportunity to experience life differently.

And while there’s still so much uncertainty ahead, there’s one thing I know for sure.

We’ve earned this. Not just individually, but as a family.

This isn’t about Bali, a beautiful villa or a different lifestyle. It’s about creating memories, being present for our kids and building a life that reflects what matters most to us.

Because at the end of the day, home isn’t a place.

It’s the people you share it with. ❤️

Here’s to our next chapter. Together. 🌴 by @itsowenrobson

Funny how you can own gyms and still go through stages where fitness takes a back seat. 😂

Over the years, Owen and I have both fallen in and out of our own fitness routines. Life, business, kids and everything in between sometimes take priority.

But right now, we both feel really aligned and excited to start putting that time and energy back into ourselves.

Not just to look good, but to feel good. To build strong, healthy bodies, clear minds and create habits that support the life we’re building together.

A little reminder that no matter where you’re at, you can always start again. ❤️💪🏼 by @itsowenrobson
