I mean, WTF! 😳

Last night was one of those moments where you go ‘DID THAT JUST HAPPEN!’ 👀 Becoming a @pussycatdolls for a day was a full on trip of a lifetime. Huge thank you to @kathrynmason for making a little dancer boys dreams come true. Genuinely, if 19 year old me knew that was gonna happen one day, he’d have told ya where to go! 🫶🏼

Huge shout to all the PCD team for looking after us and special shout to my dance pal divas @adamfogartyy & @davina.devine for a HOWL a minute all day and in the run up to it. I need to lie down. 🤣 taken in 3Arena by @itspaulryder

#TherapyThoughts 💭

I had so many DM’s about the therapy process and how it had changed me at the start of the journey. This week I’ve finished this chapter of that journey and if I can impart any sort of thoughts or wisdom’s.. Then here they are.. 🖤 by @itspaulryder

TRIUMPHANT RETURN! 🚩

We are back for another epic year. Trial spaces are extremely limited now. If you’d like to try out PDA drop us a DM now. ✨

..also, can we have a moment for Willow giving Megan a hug at the very start of this video and not even realising I was filming. Obsessed! 🫶🏼 taken in Kilnamanagh Community Centre by @itspaulryder

See that smile? That smile is from a lot of soul searching and a serious amount of work on myself in the last while. I was a bit broken for the first part of 2026.

I recently got to a point where the world felt too much. There was a heaviness to me. I LOOKED like I was having a ball from the outside but inside I was a terrified little soul. Thankfully thanks to a wonderful husband, an amazing support network of real deal people and therapy, which I never thought I’d ever admit to needing, I’m finally starting to feel human again. I’m standing in my power and enjoying the graft and the grind.

What’s the point of this post?! It’s cliche and been said to DEATH but it’s so true. Don’t always believe what you see. Be careful how you tread with people. You don’t know what’s happening behind their smile. AND.. If you feel like you need a shoulder, LEAN ON IT BITCH. You won’t regret it. Let’s keep on, keeping on. Thank you and goodnight. *exits stage* 🫶🏼 by @itspaulryder
