Shortlisted for TALENT MANAGER of the Year at the @bcreatoruk awards, this news made my whole week!! 💛🥹 18 months ago @itsratedby launched its talent management arm with a clear vision: to build powerful personal brands for creators that go far beyond social media. Since then it’s been meticulous career planning, collaborative content strategy, deep in the analytics at all hours 😅 and showing up fully for every single creator we work with. Hearing them say they love what we’re building together..that’s always been the reward. But this? This is something else. Thank you Jesus.
