🕯️ 26 years ago today, hip-hop lost a legend.

Christopher Rios — Big Pun (@officialbigpun ) — didn’t just represent the Bronx…
he represented culture, lyricism, Puerto Rican pride, and fearlessness.

From the South Bronx to the world, Pun proved you could be FLY, BARRIERS-BREAKING, and BAR-HEAVY all at once.
Spanish, English, street poetry — all in one breath.

Today we don’t mourn.
We celebrate the legacy.
The bars still hit. The influence still lives.
And the Bronx still carries your name.

Big Pun forever. BX forever. 🇵🇷🗽🎤

Dont mind @theetinatorres running on the stage haha!

@djhektek put me on my first festival stage back in 2019 and its been life + journey changing! I just wish i did it sooner

Now look, @djhektek @theetinatorres & myself rocked the @hardrocknewyork #hardrockrising

A week later and I’m still thinking how fire this was.

I walked into this place as a kid when this was the @wwe (WWF store) then it turned into The Hard Rock Cafe. I interviewed for a job there yeeeeeaaaaarrrrrsss ago lol! Who knows i would’ve been bothering @jd_original_ lol on shift!

It was in my higher powers plans for me to perform in The Hard Rock Cafe.

And big shouts to @chantelmartinezz for being so bomb and taking care of me from the emails to the event and even moved my moms table for a better view of the stage haha!

My brother @kloudymello performed in The Apollo opening for @jadakiss & @mr_camron a while back

Performing in the @hardrocknewyork for #hardrockrising and being able to do that with my cousin @djhektek & having @theetinatorres join me on stage after chilling in the green room was one of the most artist things I’ve done so far!

The same way my brother can say he performed in The Apollo, I can say I PERFORMED IN THE HARD ROCK CAFE! taken in New York, New York by @itsraypearson
