POSTS STORIES REELS

A little love letter to my dearest family & friends who allowed me to break, but never let me fall apart. 🥹❤️

So much of this chapter was a roller coaster for all of us, because my marriage was a part of their lives too. Every up, every down, every moment I thought I was okay… and every moment I wasn’t — they stood solid. They picked me up, held me together, and loved me through it all.

And to those of you who have become my online family & friends — your words, your messages, your stories and your encouragement carried me through some of the darkest days of my life. More than you’ll probably ever know.

I will never forget who held my hand while I found my way back to myself.

Thank you. 🥹❤️

to anyone spending Eid healing this year 🤍

Eid can feel so different when you’re carrying silent battles no one really sees. Some days you feel strong, other days the heaviness catches up to you — and both are okay. 🤍

To anyone navigating heartbreak, grief, loneliness, healing, or life not looking the way you imagined… I’m sending you the biggest hug. We will get through this, one day at a time. 🫶🏽

And the most beautiful reminder of Eid ul Adha — faith, sacrifice, and trust in Allah’s plan, even when we don’t fully understand it yet. Mercy and beauty always find their way back to us in due time. ✨

Also, this beautiful outfit is from @lenacoutureofficial 🤍
I honestly didn’t feel much like celebrating today, so reposting these photos felt fitting somehow.

Eid Mubarak lovelies 🤍

“Mommmm, I made it on TV” still doesn’t feel real 🥹✨

So incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to share my experience with @hers. As someone whose hair has always felt like such a huge part of my identity and confidence, postpartum hair loss in my late 30s/40 hit me harder than I expected. Finding something that genuinely helped me feel like me again was truly life-changing.

I’ve recommended @hers to so many women already because the process felt so approachable, seamless, and easy to get started with — especially for busy moms and women juggling all the things. Thank you to the @hers team for creating something that helps women feel confident again 🤍

Also… take a little peep at my á La Couture Jewelry making its TV moment too 🥹✨ Seeing my jewelry featured alongside me was such a full-circle feeling as a business owner. Truly an honor.

Thank you again, @hers, for such an incredible experience 🤍 by @itsruuuumaaaa

Rebuilding Ruma — Episode 1. 🤍

I’m 40, navigating divorce, raising two kids as a single mom, and figuring out who I am in this new chapter of my life.

Not starting over. Coming home to me.

Every Thursday, I’ll be sharing a little more of the rebuilding—the hard parts, the healing, the lessons, and the woman I’m becoming along the way.

This week: choosing me.

If you’re rebuilding too, follow along. Maybe we can find ourselves again together. 🤍

It’s not even 3 PM and I feel like I’ve already lived three entire days. 😂 Between the kids, work, the house, and about 500 other things on my to-do list, it’s been one of THOSE mornings!

But here’s your little reminder (and mine too) that we’re capable of SO much more than we sometimes give ourselves credit for. 🤎

Motherhood, careers, businesses, responsibilities, whatever life throws our way… we figure it out, we show up, and we keep going.

And somewhere in between all that chaos, don’t forget to make a little time for YOU too. 🫶

Now excuse me while I attempt to curl my hair and look like I didn’t just run a marathon before 3 PM. 😂 by @itsruuuumaaaa

October, you’ve been a little bit of everything…
and a whole lot of magic. 🤎🍂✨

This is 41. 🎂🤍✨

41 years of being a student of life, and still so much to learn, love, and experience. Forever in awe of the way God looks out for me, even in ways I don’t always understand.

Blessed beyond words with parents who have stood solid beside me, a mommy who calls to say, “Come over, I am making biryani for dinner,” 🥹 and a brother and bhabi who may be a state away but never let the distance be felt through their love and thoughtful gestures. My two greatest blessings, who make life a little louder, a lot more chaotic, and infinitely more beautiful. And of course, the most incredible friends a girl could ask for. 🤍

My 40s are shaping up to be my favorite era yet, and I must say… I love it here. ✨

Here’s to another trip around the sun, with a heart full of gratitude. 🤍

A little fall refresh, courtesy of a quick @homegoods run. 🍂🤎

It’s the little things for me ✨
Swapping out a few florals, the prettiest pillow from @manzilhomecollection , and throws to bring in those warmer fall tones. Nothing major, just a few simple changes to make my home feel a little cozier for the cooler months ahead.

Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference in your mood, and honestly, these little things make me so happy. 🥹✨
