My feature documentary ‘End of the Cycle’ is premiering tomorrow June 2nd 💜

Endometriosis has taken so much from my life. It’s changed the very fabric of my reality and how I can show up in the world.
There is CURRENTLY no cure and treatments haven’t advanced in many decades.

I’ve grieved what I thought my early twenties would be after two surgeries, daily pain and no relief. It’s been incredibly hard to grapple with my reality. I’ve had pain I tried to dismiss until I couldn’t. The past few years have been full of unknowns and confusion but co-directing this film with @soraya.simi has given me real hope that we can make concrete change.

Developing The Endometriosis Collective nonprofit and creating this doc has given me hope for the future. My family and I have created ‘The Endometriosis Collective’ with 11 scientists and researchers from around the world who have joined our scientific advisory board to share information, collaborate and work together to study and develop new treatments to get us all out of pain.

The documentary will be free and accessible to everyone 6/2 5pm PDT/ 8pm EST on endocollective.org. Any donations are beyond appreciated. by @itssammyjaye

I recently had the incredible opportunity to go to the Senate and speak with Senator @raphaelwarnock in his office to discuss the legislation he proposed called the Advancing Student Services in Schools Act (ASSIST) which would give students the opportunity access for mental health support in schools. We are living in terrifying times and I hope we can continue to talk more openly about mental health in the future. Thank you to @officialwondermind for all you are doing in the Mental Health space and collaborating with me to make this happen.
