POSTS STORIES REELS

THIS. IS. WHY.

Sharing my story is so much bigger than me.

It's about the women in the room.

About the impact.

It's about encouraging another woman to share her story, to build the capacity, to ask for support, to find her people.

Life is truly so much better together, we were never meant to do this alone. If you are someone who is looking for support and tired of doing it alone, let's chat. What you want your next chapter to look like 🫶

Also pinching myself for this full circle moment. Being on stage at Like Minded Live was such an honor and to end with a standing ovation was everything. If you were at Like Minded I would love to connect and hear your biggest takeaway 💜 by @itssarahbeaver

Yes October is breast cancer awareness month but it feels like so much more than that now.

It's about more than the pink, more than the cancer.

It's about the journey, the transformation that takes place when you go through something that could have taken it all away.

Although I was already cancer free last October I think I was still in shock, still processing everything that had happened.

Now for this year and every year after I get to say that I am a survivor and for that I am incredibly grateful. Grateful for this life, for my daughters, for all of my family and friends that have supported me. Grateful for my medical team, doctors, and chemo nurses.

So this October is about more than breast cancer awareness. It's about stepping into MY SURVIVOR ERA 💝

Inspired by my fellow breastie @jondrea_phelps by @itssarahbeaver

Cancer is hard. And when you’re a mom, trying to navigate it while your children are scared adds a whole other layer.

You want to protect them. You want them to know you’re still there. You want to be their mom, even on the days when you’re the one who needs help.

In today’s episode, Keasha shares how hard it was to let people in and accept support while her kids were so little. Her youngest was just 11 months old when she found her lump.

Keasha and I connected online during our breast cancer journeys over something I never would have expected: false eyelashes. That little connection turned into a friendship, and now she’s also my virtual assistant. 🥹

Cancer brought so much into our lives that we never would have chosen. But it also brought me a friend I’m so grateful for. ☀️

If you’re walking through a hard season, please remember: letting people help you doesn’t make you any less of a mom. You don’t have to carry it all alone. 💛

This episode of Creating Sunshine is live now! Listen wherever you get your podcasts, and share it with a mama who might need this reminder today. by @itssarahbeaver

13 years.....

13 years ago you chose me to be your Mom and it has been my favorite day ever since. You were my first, my lesson, my love. You were the one who taught me what it felt like to have my heart outside of my body. You are all the best parts of me and some I wish I were more of.

You love with your whole heart, protect fiercely, and take no shit FROM ANYONE 🙌

So to my oldest, the best big sister, my animal lover, my performer, my business coach, the one who makes me laugh like no other, my goofball, my first best friend, I love you to the moon and back 🌕

Happy 13th birthday Emma, the world is yours and I can't wait to see what you do with it 🫶

You are my sunshine 🌞 by @itssarahbeaver

This time of year used to completely overwhelm me.

Birthdays, holidays, more birthdays, and me asleep on the couch in five minutes because I didn't know where to start.

It wasn't a time problem. It was a nervous system problem.

Inside The Sunshine Era, we build the tools before we need them, so we can create magic for everyone else AND ourselves this season.

If this is you, message me. Let's do it TOGETHER. ☀️

One moment of vulnerability can completely change the trajectory of your life. 🥹🥂

When Sarah and I co-spoke at a summit, she shared her cancer diagnosis publicly for the very first time.

And THAT was the moment I knew I needed to reach out to her.

Think about that for a second… If she hadn’t found the courage to share her story, I might never have reached out. Our friendship, our collaborations, and everything that’s unfolded since could have looked completely different.

THIS is why your story matters. You never know who’s listening, who needs to hear it, or what doors your vulnerability might open. ❤️‍🔥

🎙️ Our episode, “She Clocked Out for a Year and It Might Have Saved Her Life,” is LIVE on Pour Me A Story!

Go listen to Sarah’s story. You might just hear exactly what you needed today.

What if one of the most powerful parts of healing was learning how to RECEIVE? 🥹

When Sarah received her cancer diagnosis, she made a decision that would change the trajectory of her journey: she stopped trying to carry everything alone.

She spoke openly. She allowed people to show up for her. And she learned that receiving support is just as powerful as giving it.

Because sometimes being the strong one means having the courage to let someone else hold you. ❤️‍🩹

🎙️ NEW EPISODE IS LIVE!

My October sunshine moments ☀️

🌞Sunsets with my girls
🌞Speaking at Like Minded Live
🌞Four days in San Diego with my House of Influence mastermind sisters
🌞Sharing the stage at the Power Up Experience
🌞 Coffee chats with new friends
🌞Watching Emma perform
🌞Concerts with the girls
🌞Beach walks
🌞Hosting Moonlight and Magic Unleashed
🌞Showing up for breast cancer events
🌞Being the room mom for Bella's class

Some of these moments were big. Some were small. All of them were worth celebrating. 💛

At the end of every month, I sit down with my photos and my calendar and write down my sunshine moments. It's one of my favorite practices, because you find more of what you look for. So look for the sunshine.

Your turn. Before November begins, take 10 minutes to look back at your October. What are your sunshine moments? by @itssarahbeaver

Someone asked me on a podcast yesterday if I regret leaving my corporate job.

Not even a little bit. ☀️

The "what if it doesn't work out" voice is loud. But the worst case scenario isn't a plan. It's just a story we keep rehearsing. And so many of us are one decision away from a completely different life.

Here's the part people miss though. Being 1,000% sure of your path doesn't mean walking it alone. I have people in my corner reminding me why I'm here, and that's exactly what I want to be for you.

If you're standing at the start of your next chapter and need someone reminding you how good it can get, comment TOGETHER and I'll send you the details on my 1:1 coaching.

How good can it freaking get? Let's find out.

TOGETHER 💛 by @itssarahbeaver

Strangers → friends → business partners. 🥹🥂

And to think, there was a time when we didn’t even know each other existed.

One decision to get in a different room. One conversation. One connection that turned into a friendship, a sisterhood, and eventually a business partnership.

THIS is why I’ll never stop encouraging you to get out of your comfort zone and meet new people.

Your next best friend, business partner, collaborator, or the person who completely changes the trajectory of your life might not even be in your current circle.

But you’ll never know if you keep showing up in the same rooms with the same people.

Find your duo. Build together. Grow together. And never underestimate the power of genuine connection.

And the best part? Sarah and I just sat down to record an episode of Pour Me A Story. 🎙️🍸

We’re spilling a little more of the story behind the friendship, the business, and everything in between.

Coming this Saturday. 🥂

Tag your duo or send this to someone you’re grateful life introduced you to. ❤️ by @itssarahbeaver

You keep promises to everybody else. But what about the ones you made to yourself? ☀️

The thing you said you’d try. The time you promised to make for yourself. The dream you keep putting back on the shelf.

Those promises matter, too. Because every time you follow through, you’re reminding yourself: I can count on me.

Choosing sunshine doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Sometimes it means showing up when it’s uncomfortable, when nobody’s watching, or when you’ve only sold two tickets and you’re wondering if you should even do the event.

I’ve been there. And in episode 132 of the Creating Sunshine Podcast, I’m sharing the behind-the-scenes story of the event I almost walked away from and why I’m so glad I kept going.

🎧 Live now on your favorite podcast platform.

What’s one promise you’re going to keep to yourself? Tell me in the comments.

Let’s cheer each other on. 💛 by @itssarahbeaver
