This morning, the independent autopsy results were revealed during a press conference with @attorneycrump, badass attorney and attorney retained for the family of Nolan Xavier Wells. The initial autopsy has not been released, and the independent autopsy is ruled as ‘undetermined’ due to the State of Mississippi withholding key evidence— Nolan’s throat and brain, which could hold key and crucial evidence.Video: @attorneycrump by @itssarahonly

Do you remember #jerryleeclarke? Who was practicing his First Amendment Rights by putting an Anti-Trump sign on his property? Which led to him being threatened by his neighbors (including the sheriff of Shelby County), doxxed, harassed, eventually leading to his wrongful imprisonment for 6 months? Yes, all of this really happened! This was supposed to be protected under his First Amendment Rights!My husband and I used to live in the same county as Jerry many years ago. We saw many signs that were in favor of politicians we couldn’t stand. You know what we did? Minded our business! Those signs were on other people’s property and they were protected under the First Amendment. However, Jerry was not afforded that same protection by the First Amendment.But, by the grace of God; thanks to his daughter, @katkat8686, & all of us on social media (special shoutout to @alanthomashd50 for personally going to bat for them), we were all able to bring Jerry Lee Clarke home!Heartbreakingly, this isn’t the end of his story. The harassment has started back up. It’s gotten so bad that Jerry and his wife have been forced to flee their home. Sadly, Jerry can no longer work due to his mental health taking a complete nosedive while in jail. (He’s doing much better, BTW. I don’t want to give the wrong impression. He can’t work anymore, unfortunately.) So, in order to move, his daughter, Kat, is helping her parents pay off their mortgage, & that’s where we step in.The ⛓️‍💥 to their GoFundMe is in my B!O. UPDATE on Chazz Jackson Case (July 14, 2026)Another serious procedural violation has occurred in Chazz Jackson’s case, adding to the multiple violations that have already taken place since his conviction was vacated under the Racial Justice Act.Despite a $1 million bail order from the Orange County Superior Court, Chazz remains in custody because of an out-of-state agency hold from Arizona. We have clear proof — including court documents and mail orders — that the Arizona charges were dismissed years ago. Yet the hold continues to block his release.This is the latest in a series of due process issues in this matter. Update to ALL SUPPORTERS: Chazz’s prison booking number is invalidated since his conviction was vacated. He has 1 million dollar bail, according to the judge on June 24, 2026. Now when you call the jail, they are saying he has no bail post. They are saying Chazz has 2 case numbers, when in fact he only has 1 case number and are using a booking number as a “case number”. What is going on???? Racism!? Violating MORE rights?
