I’m practicing becoming the girl who actually sticks to a daily/weekly routine… ☀️🤎

Making sure I show up for myself, even on the days I don’t feel like it. I’ve always done the same things for years, but one thing I never really had was an actual ROUTINE. I would do everything, just at different times depending on when I woke up 😂

Now that more opportunities are opening up in my life, I’m realizing how important it is to have structure, stay consistent, and make time for myself, too. I’m also working on eating healthier and falling in love with the gym again. 🏋🏽‍♀️✨

This season is all about building better habits, creating discipline, and becoming the best version of myself, one day at a time. 💕

You’ve done the research. Now it’s time to build. 💗

Inside The Airbnb Pinkprint, we’re getting into the things that actually matter when building a short-term rental—from the systems you need in place, to optimizing your property, to doing the right research before you ever commit to an address.

And this is only a glimpse of what we’ll be covering in class.

The best part? The Airbnb Pinkprint is completely FREE.

If starting an Airbnb has been sitting on your “one day” list, consider this your sign to stop saving the idea and start learning how to actually execute it.

30. ✨

A new decade, a deeper woman. I’m entering 30 with gratitude for everything that shaped me, peace with everything I’ve outgrown, and faith in everything that’s still unfolding.

I’ve learned that becoming her isn’t about having it all figured out, it’s about knowing who you are, what you deserve, and what you’re no longer willing to compromise.

Here’s to 30 years of becoming, and a lifetime of becoming even more. 🥂✨ by @itssjustbri

Most people step into Airbnb thinking the hardest part is finding a property.. it’s not ❌

The hardest part is everything nobody tells you before you start: the market research, the budgeting mistakes, the pricing strategy you didn’t know you needed, and the financial habits that will make or break your income. 💵

I learned all of this the hard way. Trial, error, and real money on the line. But that’s exactly why I wanna help you! 👀

I’m hosting a FREE Airbnb Masterclass on June 29 and I want you there.. 🫵🏾

Quietest One In The Room… Cause I’m Heavy Where It Counts 🤭

Making $48K in October from my Airbnbs. Q4 is that season you truly see some 💰 as well as the summer just depends on your market and location…

Just imagine waking up and that kind of money already hit your account… before you even get out the bed 😮‍💨💸

But can I honest (if I say that - that means I’m being real REAL)

You don’t need as many Airbnbs as I have.
Why? Because, it’s a lot of work managing😩 that’s why I had to build a TEAM. But listen it did take me years to even get a team.

Tbh, you just need 1️⃣

That’s how I started in 2018. One property that brought me an extra $3K/month just to breathe, to live, to move how I wanted.

If you set it up right, that 1️⃣ Airbnb can give you real freedom and real leverage. AS LONG AS ITS SET UP RIGHT “REMEMBER THAT 👀”

Stop saying “NEXT WEEK” or my Favorite Line “WHEN MY TAX CHECK HIT 👀”

NOOOOOOOOO !!!!! NOWW !

I’ve been doing this too long 🫣 made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and I’m still growing because that’s what life does. But at this point… I’m OVER IT I want to give the TEA.

So I’m hosting a VERY detailed Free Masterclass where I’ll show you EXACTLY how to start your own Airbnb the right way 👀 no fluff, no upsell, just real strategy and results.

If you want access to my free Airbnb Masterclass, DM me **“Masterclass”** and I’ll send you the link right away 🏡✨

You see me - you see me ! I’m a BALL by myself .

Listen… I’m not here to sell you anything. I’m just here to share my life 🤷🏾‍♀️ and my life is as real as it gets.

If I never took that little bit of strength God gave me and actually MOVED on what He told me to do, I wouldn’t be where I am today. One thing about me 👀 and something you’ll learn real quick 👀 I’m a SOLO GIRL. No partnerships, no handouts, no one sliding me money behind the scenes.

When you see me, I’m by myself. Always the quiet one in the room, because I don’t feel the need to prove who I am. My results, my numbers, and most importantly, GOD, speak for me.

I don’t need to sell you on a dream , my life is the proof that it’s real. But what I do want you to know is that this is possible for you, too.

If you’re curious or just want to take a peek, there’s a FREE GUIDE in my bio right now. Check it out, see if it aligns with you , and if it does, take that next step. If not, at least you walked away with a little guidance. 💫
